I will stay there again

The only complaint is the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, but the area , the convenience to the hospital I was visiting and restaurants was great . I will definitely stay there again .

Cute but not comfortable

Clean property for sure. Cute style and in a great area. But the bed was literally as hard as a rock. The couch was also super hard. It was one chair you could sit in that was semi-comfortable. We were there for six days so that was rough!

The Property, the amenities, and the Room itself were AMAZING! Beautiful Pool Spa and Outdoor amenities! Fully equipped Cooking Kitchen & Laundry. a Huge Bathroom and Closet for storage!! Just a wonderful unit..., Would like to have additional Blankets and Pillows beyond the 1 extra pillow & sheet set. & Would like to see better/more signage outside the property and signage directing visitors to the Locale, it was a bit tough to find at first...

I had a good experience at this place. Just please change the pillows they’re so uncomfortable. Theyre like bubbles , after a while my back started hurting. I woke up with pain on my back. Other than that , everything was good.

I am really unhappy about the quality of this place. After a long day we try to access the entrance from the parking garage and the keypad does not work. The apartment says it has a pull-out sofa bed and it clearly does not so I had to go pay for a air for my kids. the refrigerator stopped working. The cleaning crew did not knock and just entered the room an hour and a half before check out time.Along with all the other issues that we've been having, I am extremely unhappy

Dude. This place was awesome. The rooms are apartments, so they are bigger than hotel rooms and offer more amenities. There is no front desk, but all my text messages were responded to within minutes. Our large 2 bed 2 bath units had a maintenance issue, but Locale let me know the morning of our trip and gave us two separate 1 bed 1 bath units for no extra cost. I appreciated the excellent communication and the commitment to their guests. Note that the pull out sofas aren’t very intuitive. They look like normal couches, but you have to lift the top and fold the entire thing. Took us a bit to figure it out but then it was super easy. The building is just a block away from the light rail, which stops around every 15 minutes , giving you easy transport to anywhere downtown and the airport. We used the light rail for half our trip, and used Waymo self-driving cars for the rest (not as expensive as you might think!). Waymo will come right next to the building too. As far as breakfast in the morning goes, I recommend trying “First Watch”, a 2 minute walk away. Their biscuits n’ gravy were yummy!

Unfortunately not so good !

It was not disclose you have to pay for parking which cost us around 25 dollars a day. There was a huge all night party next door. 20 plus people, screaming, fighting and loud music. We had to call the cops. They also do not disclose that it is next to a night club which plays VERY load music which went to 1:30 am. There are homeless people in this area including a stairwell on this property. The amenities are nice, rooftop is lovely and pool area clean and beautiful. Unfortunately pool is TOO cold to swim in. “ I mean cold!” Room is spare but clean. Bed is firm but nice. Decent pillows and blankets. The check-in process is very odd and confusing. Watch your multiple text “about 6 or 7” If you do miss one , you will have an even more difficult time. . You cant come even 1 minute before check in, but they will try and sell you a early checkin for 50 dollars. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance which was nice. One being a Thai place that had great curry. Unfortunately we wont come again.

Never Again

We arrived after 4pm as instructed or they chg. Not easy to figure out where to go (thru the garage). We had a code to enter the building but no access code for key box. Called the #, given access code for key box did not work. All our luggage & groceries in hallway. Given a code for the cleaning closet, access code for the box in side did not work, thank God the housekeeper came & let us in. The girl on phone said we can take care of this tomorrow, I replied so we are trapped and can not leave our apt, silence on other end. The manager had to come back to property to give us a key fob and let me know she had to come back from home, like it was our fault. Great balcony but no chairs or little table to enjoy so that was a real bummer. NO TV in the bedroom, & just a small (not mounted) TV in main room with a midcentury sofa that was uncomfortable and a couple could not enjoy together to watch a movie. We made a very bad choice, never again.

There was not a lot of information regarding how to use the amenities and it was difficult to find a number to call. The entire exterior of the building smelled like urine due to the animals using the rock/landscaping spaces for a bathroom area. Our room was clean overall, however, there were several large globs of hair on the floor.
