Location was great,apartment perfect for the 6 of us. Management couple were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Apartment is in need of a makeover but ok for the price compared with others I've stayed at in Caloundra. Beds are too hard and no air con in the bedrooms made sleep difficult.

Excellent location and lovely views over the beach and ocean. One evening we had a party going on above us and that was very noisy, the rest of our stay was quiet. We would stay there again it was very nice

Comfy and convenient

The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons.

Awesome stay with an incredible view. The view from the kitchen and living room/balcony was stunning. The only downside was parking in the garage under the building. With a full size SUV it was a really tight fit but there was lots of free parking on the street. The managers were very helpful with directing us to the free parking spots and there was always some available.

We rented 4 units. All had well-appointed kitchens, the view and number of chairs in the unit we stayed in was wonderful. We didn't like the noise of the buses and the separation between the 2 unit blocks was ok as we had fine weather but would be a problem in rainy weather. We had a very enjoyable time and would stay there again.
