There is no reception at site!! you should know French otherwise you would have problem to communicate with the reception by ONLY PHONE. They do not speak English at all. TRRIBLE!!! Ground floor flats is not good: you see only cars.... But the place is quite cozy and clean. Location is perfect.

This was a fantastic last minute booking. The apartment was just under an hour drive from the Le Shuttle terminal, incredibly easy to find, check-in, we were able to park directly outside the front of the apartment, and the area has two Carrefour supermarkets nearby (one within walking distance, and the other just a few minutes drive away, which you pass on your way to the apartment). The apartment was immaculately clean, and smelt fresh as soon as we walked in. There were a few signs of wear and tear on some of the chairs, but this didn’t bother us, and there wasn’t an oven but a microwave, again we ate out so wasn’t a problem, however I think if you were planning on staying longer than one night it maybe a struggle if you were intending to cook your meals at the apartment. We had the ground floor apartment, so our view of the beach was obscured by the parked cars along the beach front, however having a physically disabled daughter it made accessibility so much easier as she was able to directly walk in and out of the apartment through the patio door after I had checked in using the front door. There is an elevator if staying above ground level. We felt very safe staying here, it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the most beautiful views.. was lucky enough to watch one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen! I can’t comment on what it might be like to stay here during peak season as we visited at the end of January, but we would definitely come back here again!

cours sejour face a la mer

De accommodatie heeft op de begane grond geen terras/balkon, geen privacy. Vanuit de douche een enorme stank wat niet verholpen kon worden. Magnetron was vuil. De vriezer was nog bevoorraad. De stapelbedden zijn ingebouwd, dus niet geschikt wanneer je langer dan het matras bent! Bedden keurig opgemaakt.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, hĂŽtel avec un emplacement idĂ©al et un amĂ©nagement oĂč il ne manque presque rien ( un tire-bouchon serait le bienvenu). Petits points d’amĂ©lioration sur le mĂ©nage ( vitres et cuvette des wc entartrĂ©e), la literie un peu trop molle et petits matelas accolĂ©s et une lampe pour le lit superposĂ© du bas
 mais la vue est sensationnelle ! Quelques brochures sur les commerces et restaurants seraient un plus.

Die Toilette roch extrem nach Urin der Boden war klebrig. Sauber ist anders. Der Rest war von der Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Gute Matratzen. Die Aussicht ist richtig gut. Meer ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar

A fuir !

Pas de baignoire comme indiqué sur l'annonce, ménage quasi inexistant, pas de WiFi, pas de réseau internet, pas de télévision dans la chambre, mauvaise literie, tout est fait au rabais :1 rouleau de papier wc pour 3 jour, une mini dose de produit vaisselle ! Le seul plus: la vue sur la mer ! Avec une baie vitrée propre ,cela aurait été mieux !

magnifique vue mais pas de wifi ni 4G ou 3G

superbe vue sur la plage appartement assez grand et confortable seul bĂ©mol pas de wifi, donc pas de connexion possible et on ne capte pas non plus avec son tĂ©lĂ©phone donc pas de tĂ©lĂ©travail possible ce qui est trĂšs problĂ©matique. obligĂ©e de changer de rĂ©sidence et d'aller en ville pour travailler ce qui m'a donc gĂąchĂ© quand mĂȘme ma venue sinon personnel Ă  l'Ă©coute.

Une vue un aménagement qui vieilli

Séjour sympa l'appartement est trÚs bien placé la vue sur mer c'est dépaysant et magnifique mais cloison phonique avec le voisinage trÚs fin état du canapé laissant a désire douche fendue et joints de carrelage inexistant il vieilli mal... Notre mauvaise réelle surprise pour 4 adultes (40 a 70ans) et 2enfants et d'avoir découvert sur place qu'il n'y avait qu'un lit double le reste c'est du lit superposé de 70 de largeur! Je n'ai donc que trÚs peu et mal dormi! Aucune solution ne nous a été proposé....

Bonne situation, connexion internet indigne

TrĂšs bonne situation face Ă  la mer avec accĂšs facile au parking. Établissement trĂšs bien tenu et trĂšs propre. TrĂšs Bonne communication du personnel. Connexion internet indigne et connexion rĂ©seau mobile SFR impossible dans l’immeuble. ProblĂšme principal : le plan des appartements est une insulte Ă  l’architecture : agencement et taille des sanitaires et salle d’eau ridicule. Salon sous dimensionnĂ© et couloir surdimensionnĂ©. Quand 4 convives s’assoient Ă  la table, il n’y a pas assez de place pour sortir dans le couloir, mur qui gĂąche la vue de la mer depuis le canapĂ©. Bref, le plan de l’appartement a Ă©tĂ© dessinĂ© par un stagiaire de 1Ăšre annĂ©e sans talent ni compĂ©tence... les chambres sont minuscules mais cela suffit pour des vacances. (Les exploitants ne sont pas responsables des plans de construction, mais le promoteur et l’architecte du projet oui) Enfin, en cas de tempĂȘte, les systĂšmes d’aĂ©ration sont trĂšs bruyants et ne peuvent pas ĂȘtre fermĂ©s... pour des appartements sur digue, ceci est problĂ©matique.

Excellent emplacement. Bon agencement et propreté. Difficile de se parquer quand on doit arriver à 15h. Compliqué avec des enfants en bas ùge. On devrait avoir le code garage ne fut ce que pour décharger.

Super, mais temps pourrit.

A l'arrivée le digicode ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dut attendre que quelqu'un nous ouvre la porte! le lendemain je contacte Evancy pour expliquer la situation et éventuellement un nouveau code, on me dit qu'il à été vérifié et qu'il fonctionne, effectivement le lendemain ça fonctionnait. Pour s'excuser de la gÚne on me propose les petit dej gratuit pour le Dimanche, j'accepte et me rend donc vers un autre Evancy pour récupérer mes petit dej pour Femme et enfant! la joie à été de courte durée puisque aucune communication n'à été faite, donc pas de petit dej dispo...dommage. Sinon appart sympa et vue sur la mer géniale. des petits désagréments qui aurait pu tourner à la cata!
