Million dollar views, but accommodations need work. The beds were really uncomfortable and the apartment overall needs updating.

The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

Magnifique mais pas pour vivre à l'intérieur

Lieu magique devant l'océan, vu magnifique, odeur des embruns. ProblÚme concernant la cuisine. Il ne faut pas surtout faire à manger, pas de hÎte aspirante.Studio fait pour dormir! Aménagement spartiate et bon marché. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Accueil agréable et efficace de la conciergerie.

Logi in die Jahre gekommen. Man ist bemĂŒht mit Farbe etc. es in Schuss zu halten. WC sollte erneuert werden. Toll, Aussicht, Erreichbarkeit zum Strand, gute Betten. KĂŒchenutensilien minimalistisch aber ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

On mise tout sur la vue

La vue Ă©tait parfaite. Localisation ok. Personnel professionnel et arrangeant. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien sauf l’état du bĂątiment et la porte de la chambre qui a visiblement Ă©tĂ© ouverte au pied de biche un bon nombre de fois. J’ai passĂ© la premiĂšre nuit Ă  convaincre ma compagne que la petite trace rouge sur le mur n’était pas du sang. Aussi pas de sĂšche cheveux. Bref moi j’ai adorĂ© parce que j’étais lĂ  pour la vue.

RĂ©sidence propre trĂšs calme .aucune nuisances sonores des autres rĂ©sident venus .seul bĂ©mol je dirais , la taxe est supĂ©rieure aux montant prĂ©vu. J’ai donc dĂ» rĂ©gler 47,32€. Mais j’ai passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, donc je ne vais pas me plaindre.

Super Geheimtipp, schöne Apartments mit KĂŒchenzeile, super Blick vom Balkon. Deshalb Zimmer weiter oben buchen. Der Ausblick direkt auf den Strand ist einmalig. Essen ist kein Problem. Es gibt rundum ĂŒberall Lokale. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Fin utsikt mot havet med behov av uppfrÀschning

Det verkar vara olika skick pÄ rummen. Den vi hade först 516 har en fin utsikt mot vattnet men har gamla ytskikt som behöver renoveras. Annars finns det grundlÀggande i pentryt för tillagning av enklare mÄl. Udda att WC och handfat för tvÀtt finns i olika rum. GÀsterna stÀdar sjÀlva vid avgÄng (dvs lÀmna ren disk och golv övrigt sköts av RVS personal) vilket kan förklara den sÀmre stÀdningen. TÀnker att RVS bör lÄta göra egna storstÀdningar i rummen nÄgon gÄng i mÄnaden för att bli av med lagringar som blir hörnen. Vi hyrde ocksÄ ett rum med utsikt mot staden och den var nÄgot frÀschare.
