Lovely stay

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.

The hotel was nice and my room was overall good. There were a couple of tiny things that called into question how clean my room was (small stains on the carpet and some white goo on the bathroom wall). I was surprised that there were no usb outlets in the room. Overall, it was comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was not as convenient as thought. In fact, it was a distance fm the main train station. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.

A truly amazing hotel.

IT WAS AMAZING. The Staff were ALL POLITE and VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very calm and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. I have told many people about the hotel. We would definitely stay here if we returned to Rotterdam.

Friendly staff, accommodating

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a keypad/code for room entry. They even have a place for little extras that you may need for your room available by self-service or delivery.

The location was very convenient, with a tram stop right in front and restaurants and bakeries around. The room was clean and in good condition. I just had a challenge with my door code, but the staff were able to find a solution. The luggage storage lockers were also convenient and easy to use.

The room was clean, though the coffee machine and an old pod left in. The tv does not have normal terrestrial channels you can only stream if you can work out how to link. The breakfast was good but basic. The staff was friendly whenever you needed their help.

The minuses: Room was noisy because you could hear the neughbours upstairs going to the bathroom at night. Breakfast option was overpriced for what is offered The pluses: Staff was kind and helpful. The coffe machine and the water dispenser were great! Having also towels at end was really convenient.
