Alvin cabins

Only 3 star spoiler was that the property wasn’t ready and we had to wait on cleaners, but we were a last minute booking. The rental team were on it though and really personable and approachable. It does need a little bit of tlc on things like pots, pans, cutlery and deck furniture. Having said all that we would go back in a flash.. The living area is huge and the furnishings themselves excellent. The main bed is really comfortable. The decks are simply amazing with views over the water ways. There are some old kayaks, rusted bikes with flat tyres and varied bits of outdoor toys. However there was a reasonable bbq and a stocked fire pit and some nice comfy furniture to sit at including a hammock. Ate out at Jakes about 5 mins drive. Whilst the menu was relatively small, service was great and fuss free and the dishes were cooked to perfection. Ranks as one of the best meals out I have ever had.
