~ Frog & Toads Cozy Cove ~ A tiny home with a big personality!
This whimsical home is packed with farm house charm and a cohesive functionality.
Glamping is easy with WIFI and smart TV to stream your favorite shows Netflix, YouTube TV etc.
Comfy queen sized mattress & linens can be found in the loft. USB port/plugs available on each side of the bed, and a 2 way light switch can be found at the top of the stairs/loft to control the LED recessed lights.
Twin sized sleeper sofa is available for people not comfortable with the heights/stairs.
All essentials can be found in the kitchen for cooking. Electric cooktop & countertop oven, coffee maker, and fridge. Pots/pans/ dishes etc. Shower is stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
Hang out in the private fenced yard with picnic table and enjoy a bar b q with the fire pit featuring 2 level cooking grills. Memories of s'more are waiting to be created here!
Brazoria county is home to more bird species than any other area in North America!
You MUST be comfortable with nature as there is a 100% chance of bird sightings, and encountering nature at this home!
Minimal light pollution allows for the most beautiful scenic outdoor setting to experience stargazing with a clear night sky.
This tiny home has a separate driveway entrance, and is located behind a metal shop building with a one acre parcel fenced for the use of the tiny home.
