Lifton cottages

What a beautiful place. Absolutely loved the cottage and surroundings it was all a person could need and more. Personal parking space a few metres from the building was an enormous bonus. The weather was fabulous and enjoyed an afternoon or few in the garden. Easy access to all around the local area and seaside. Georgina and David have thought of every possible gadget, appliance, home comfort and any required item when away from home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, inviting, everything worked as it should and nothing was missed out .Even got to play table tennis. The honey was fabulous and bought some to bring home to family.Thank you both for your expert knowledge, friendliness, welcoming kindness and thoughtfulness to detail.Can't wait to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay with our Labrador Barney, loved the property wanted for nothing. The hosts were really nice and made us feel so welcome.Would highly recommend and we will be back!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the property, the hosts and the location, we simply had a fantastic experience. The property was really well appointed, in great condition and super clean. The location is stunning with fantastic views out across Dartmoor and direct access within minutes to some of the best walking in North Dartmoor. Lastly you will find it difficult to receive a warmer welcome and more accommodating hosts anywhere, thank you so much, we will be back !

Friendly and helpful host. Good location . Quiet and peaceful environment . Essential items provided in the fridge which was very appreciated .
