Accrington cottages

Stayed here before hence why we have stayed again. Andrew proved to be an excellent host. Property spotless and totally adequate with the addition of a garden for our dog to run around in. Any slight/niggles were immediately addressed by Andrew.

Beautiful little cottage in a gorgeous location. Was only a short stay for us as we had come up to see family, but we’ll come again for a longer stay and do some walking.Alex - the owner - was fab with comms and answered all our questions.Lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Even milk and a welcome pack of choccy biccies, thank you Alex!Towels provided as well.

We had one of the best weekends here. Ian is lovely making sure we were ok, place was clean super comfy, gardens were beautiful. My Grandad had the best home made pie in the pub down the road. We will defiantly be coming back! Thank you

A cosy, very comfortable and very quiet cottage in a fabulous location with great furnishings and a homely feel. Beds and bedding were comfortable with plenty of linen and towels available and a well equipped kitchen. Ensuite bathroom for each bedroom was appreciated as were the products provided. There was also a good utility area with room for coats and wet boots! Lovely log burner which we used despite it being June! Parking was convenient to the cottage as was the choice of two local pubs within a few minutes walk. Loved the quietness and easy access to surrounding countryside for walking.

Thank you Caroline, Marcus,Charlie and Alvin for a Relaxing and lovely stay in your charming cottage. Our dog Jack was really relaxed and enjoyed his stay too. Very quiet location within easy reach of a nice local pub. We even took advantage of the current £2 bus fare into clitheroe for the day as the bus service was frequent and reliable. Great pubs in easy reach.. The two necked swan was a favourite. The Wellspring was very good and amazing views. The cottage kitchen was well equipped for when we ate at 'home'. Comfy bed and great shower too. Caroline's homemade cakes and warm welcome was awesome. Lovely walking locally to. Btw it's worth a walk to the milking Parlour for fresh milk straight from the farm.. worth the £1 30 a litre. Definitely a lovely stay. Thank you 😊

A lovely cottage, everything to a high standard and we all loved the games room with pool table and dartboard. Owners were friendly, helpful and discreet.
