Llanwrda cottages

Beautiful cottage nestled in the Welsh hills. A beautiful one bed cottage with every amenity you need for a short break. The hosts are fantastic, the welcome hamper really sets the tone. Bath is wonderful and surrounding areas are breathtaking. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem. Don’t tell anyone!

We had such a lovely stay! The space was incredibly cosy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Some interesting, historic features too! Mike and Dawn were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From thoughtful little touches (wine and biscuits for us and treats, towels, blankets for the pup) to great local recommendations, their hospitality really stood out.The only thing to note is that access to the garden is through the front of the property, meaning you have to step onto the street and go round to get there. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, and the road isn’t exactly busy but something to keep in mind. Overall, a fantastic stay in a charming place – we’d happily return!

The cottage was clean and well furnished and the kitchen well equiped. Had a nice outside area where we could sit and enjoy the sun and is fenced in which is great for small dogs. Definitely recommend staying here.

Despite the weather (we arrived just as Storm Kathleen hit south Wales) we had a fabulous long weekend mostly down to the cottage. Spacious, clean and welcoming, I would highly recommend a visit and we’ll definitely be looking at a return stay. Giles is a great host with excellent comms and very welcoming. All in all superb

The cottage is a lovely, cosy retreat. It's in a great location for exploring the surrounding area and the hosts, Zena & Leigh were excellent.

We stayed here last week of August, the cottage is beautiful everything you need and more for a perfect trip to Wales. Mary was always on hand if needed. Secure garden was great for our dog, kids. Would 100% recommend and stay at this cottage again. Port Burry beach is wonderful for a day out dog friendly too.
