Lovely lodge style property in a friendly community with superb amenities. Golf course, lake with beach and fishing, tennis and swimming pool. Everything needed for a relaxing break. Also the 19th hole. A decent restaurant in the golf clubhouse. All in all this property is thoroughly recommended.

This property is remarkable and in my opinion unmatched in north Georgia. As you enter the property and continue down the driveway with the stream to one side the house appears atop a small hill. Beautifully lit at night you know its going to be special and the house does not disappoint. Every bedroom is a master suite in other properties, every amenity is thought of and taken care of and the kitchen is superb. The outside arears allow you to drink in the valley and engage in conversation with friends and family. Whether a corporate retreat, a week or weekend with friends and family this house and property will not disappoint. The sign of a good vacation house is when everyone of our 11 person group did not want to leave. Thank you to the host who made the entire process from start to finish easy and was very helpful in helping arrange a few additional items we required.

All the family loved the property. The house is set up great to sleep everyone. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having three bathrooms-one on each floor- makes it convenient for everyone. The refrigerator is large and very clean-freezer keeps ice cream perfectly. River access is relatively easy with only a few steps or ramp and a very short distance to the river. Kids enjoyed the basketball court also. The hot tup was always used after playing and exploring in the river to warm up. Having tubes and kayaks available on the property was such a great asset - we followed the owners advice and tubed many times from the bridge to the house. Loved seeing all the deer in our trips in and out of the property. Even though the property is located in a "gated neighborhood" you never felt like it when you at the property - very secluded. Even the gentleman picking up the trash was so friendly and timely. All the family enjoyed property - great memories for 2019!
