Villa Orlaya was perfect in every way. That amazing view was better than the pictures suggested. Kalami had a very nice beach so really no need to travel to other beaches. We also rented a small boat in Agni and loved that. Would recommend doing a big shop in Lidl (or similar) as the smaller shops nearby were more expensive and not as well stocked. We hope to return one day to Villa Orlaya.

The property is incredible and the pool was the absolute highlight. Access up a super steep narrow and twisty road but definitely worth the drive! Would 100% recommend

Fantastic hilltop villa with endless sea views. We stayed for a week, the property was perfect with room for everyone, perfect entertainment spaces and pool. Really couldn’t have hoped for more.

The pictures don’t do this Villa justice. Its beauty is its privacy, surrounded by trees, you will hear nothing but birdsong. The pool is lovely and the terrace outside the bedroom has great sea views. Alan is brilliant! He came out in the early hours of the morning to bring our keys and he generously shares the fruit from his trees, with his guests. I must point out that the place was spotless and stocked with everything that you would need for a home from home experience. The location is great and Kassiopi is a lovely town.

I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed sorting. However, nothing needed sorting, everything was just perfect. We were there for seven days and the bed linen and towels were changed half way through. The pool man also came twice that week to ensure the pool was ok. All in all we could not have been better looked after. I cannot recommend this villa enough, from beginning to end it was all perfect. My sisters and I were extremely reluctant to leave this beautiful place. Everything about it was definitely five star. The host was exceptional in his care and attention, nothing was too much trouble and he even checked in by message to make sure we were all ok. Everything about Shoreside puts you in the perfect place for a memorable holiday. The extensive balcony with a made to measure view is one of the highlights of the stay. You could spend the entire day watching the changing colours of the sea, the Albanian shoreline and mountains and a dramatic sky. The cleverly landscaped garden with a perfect barbeque area and a path leading to the sea, with plenty of shade or sun for you to enjoy dinner or a cocktail or the view to the beach adds a huge sense of comfortable opulence to Shoreside. You will love the walk down to the beach or the terrace with the well equipped chairs and sun loungers and kayak for exploring the bay. The fish taverna is just a few paces up the beach and Kassiopi a short stroll away for all kinds of dining choices or a water taxi for dinner in Old Corfu Town. My particular pleasure was falling asleep with the windows open to the sounds of the sea and cicadas. Shoreside is a little slice of heaven. Hopefully, it will not be too long before we are back there again.

Our third visit to this wonderful villa on Avlaki bay. Everything was as good as previous visits which will ensure we come back many more times. Our grownup family for the first week and friends for the second is a winning combination. We visited our usual restaurants (Cavo barbera, Thomas’s, Nikolas, Kochili, and our brand new favourite, Kima in Kassiopi). Highly recommend.
