Great property with amazing views across to Rodney Bay. Property is a great size, superb pool and overall facilities - 100% recommend. Ivy the housekeeper is also superb.

My wife and I had the most wonderful time at Michaels place. The property just leaves you speechless in trying to describe it. Where to start? Its a dream. It’s just so wonderful everywhere you look and the staff so attentive and kind. We couldn’t have been happier. I wish we could have stayed forever. Thank you michael for sharing your beautiful home and staff with us. God has blessed you and your family.

Our family of three stayed at this fantastic place for over a week and we were the first customers as the apartment is new to the market. It is very well presented and clean and it turned out to be much more spacious than expected as the pictures don't do it justice. The apartment is equipped with everything a family may need. However, a dishwasher is not a part of the amenities which we knew beforehand and it was not a problem for us. The place is very quiet and peaceful , surrounded by a beautiful garden with large pool area, where lots of interesting wildlife visiting. Every meal we had there, we had it outside on the front porch enjoying the scents, the sounds and the birds flitting around the trees. The location is absolutely superb, there are two great beaches, quite different ones, both within 10 minute walk. One is Smugglers Cove, with the most fantastic snorkelling and famous Naked Fisherman restaurant and another with a large hotel where one can buy a day pass to use their facilities. Our host Wayne is such a lovely person! He was the most friendly and helpful, meeting us on arrival, showing us around, and welcoming us with some complimentary food in the fridge. He was very informative and if we had a question or anything he was quick to respond. The only regret - we couldn't stay there longer and hope we will have an opportunity to return soon!

This house is very nicely decorated and is comfortable. The view and location are outstanding. Velda is great and creates a comfortable environment. The reason i gave only 4 stars is that the bedrooms are hot and buggy. There is no AC or screens and we were eaten alive. i think more fams ams creens would help alot!

Xanadu is a beautiful villa with stunning coastal views. All rooms are beautifully presented. Beaches and restaurants are a short drive as are other amenities. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was everything and more than we expected, it looked and sounded special and it really was. The villa is stunning and the staff made us feel at home, they were the best ever, kind, caring and wonderful to be with. Meeting the owner was a delight, what a lovely person she is.

This property was perfect for us, 3 adults. The main bedroom was huge and the super king size bed was very comfy indeed. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. A lovely welcome pack on arrival with milk, eggs bread and a few others bits was really appreciated for our evening arrival. Our host also sorted private transfers for us, which saved us a job and he was brilliant. The AC was not working downstairs and at first we were a little disappointed but then we opened up all the doors and windows and the fresh air came in, it was better than everything being closed up and using the AC. The AC worked in both bedrooms, which was great, so a lovely cool nights sleep. We had not realised when booking that it didn't have a private balcony, however this didn't cause any discomfort at all because there was plenty of room to sit by the pool on the communal tables and chairs. The pool was lovely and clean and there was hardly anyone using it, we had this ourselves almost the whole time we were there. The whole outside area was very well maintained. Fabulous location, walking distance into Rodney Bay town, the marina and the lovely Reduit beach. The supermarket next door was a big help too being so close. I would definitely stay here again and recommend our brilliant host Tenesha who was on hand via Whattsapp to answer any queries we had. Thank you!
