What a lovely property in mid Tuscany. Privacy of the pool and hot tub was great. It was tempting to stay there all the time but was well located for trips out to San Gimignano, volterra Siena and Chianti Classico region. Hosts Gina and Franco were so welcoming and helpful. They generously ensured we had some food, drink and some Italian desserts. We would love to come again.

We have had the best time staying here! Myself, husband and family. The communication and help prior to staying was excellent. The accommodation is excellent, well equipped and very clean, well laid out but above all beautiful. The views from the house are stunning, as is the local area. Everything we imagined Tuscany would be. So many nice touches that are not depicted in the photo’s. The pool / hottub area is fantastic. Beds comfortable. Showers great. Shutters on windows for a good nights sleep. Very quiet. Basically every convenience but still authentic and real. The local village is 5 min walk up hill, so pretty with amazing views, and felt very real and authentic. The area overall is great for getting around to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Chianti, Volterra, and many more in car. There’s also a train station under an hour which we used to get into Florence hassle free. Gina and Franco were really lovely and came very early each morning to make sure the pool and hot tub was ok. The pool and hot tub were both immaculate everyday. We were also left homemade treats which were absolutely delicious and very appreciated- thank you! The holiday was the absolute best!

Fabulous place to stay with a big group of family and friends. Very easy walk to town and the beautiful treasures of Siena.

Lovely stay in Radicondoli, stunning views and beautiful garden.

We could not have had a better stay (or a better host) for this trip with my elderly parents. The house is wonderful and easily sleeps 6-8 with privacy and comfort. We cooked and ate most meals at home and the kitchen is exceptionally well set up. Leo (the host) is one of the nicest people we have met: generous, informative and genuinely interested in solving any issues that arose. We had a pump failure in the heating one morning and he got it fixed within a few hours. Cannot recommend more highly.

This was our second visit to this wonderful house. The view is just amazing and constantly changing as weather systems go by, you can feel your breathing slowing down as you look out over the plain. The house is a real home that makes it so comfy to visit. The kitchen is very well stocked and the fruit and wine that were left as a welcome present was just lovely (I have never eaten such good peaches!). The beds are comfy and there is a huge amount of furniture to store the unpacking, nice not to live out of your suitcase as I have had to do at other rental properties. The local village is about a 2 km walk, which is a good distance for walking off several very pleasant lunches, albeit it is a bit of a climb back up to the house. An utterly stunning, completely private house and garden with everything you could possibly want or need. The house is large and very comfortable with lovely rustic features (exposed beams etc.) but with a clean and modern feel. Outside, the house is reached via a long private, gated drive which goes to a big garden that's full of attractive flowers and fig trees. The garden is not overlooked and has panoramic views out across the Tuscan hills (towards an ancient volcano). The garden has lots of different seating areas and different tables and chairs to choose from. Sitting in the garden watching the wildlife was very special and included visits from deer, honey buzzards, a hoopoe bird, bats and kestrels. Relaxing in the hot tub was just an added bonus! It's well located for lots of wood walks (some possible to do from the house) and Tuscan sightseeing. After 2 superb weeks, we didn't want to leave!! Thank you so much to David and Simona for a warm welcome and for ensuring that we had a fantastic holiday.

Me and my husband absolutely loved Roberto's villa. It had everything one needs so it felt like being in our own home. On top of this as it can be seen from the photos there is a large garden and a patio area where we had breakfast every morning. We usually hire a car when on holiday but this time it was not necessary as the public transport is very good in Siena and outside Siena.There is a bus stop just 4-5 minutes away from the villa and once we figured out the bus timetable it was perfect. We also got the train to Florence and Pisa and the coach to San Giminiano. I also enjoyed having a chat with Roberto's parents in law from time to time when they were looking after the garden.They also greet you in the beginning and give you the necessary info about the property, in Italian(which I do speak a bit). However, Roberto is at hand (on the phone) if there are any questions. We would definitely like to go back.
