A beautiful villa with swimming pool and short walk to the beach and local Taverna's. Katerina lives nearby and always available to help and give advice. We decided to enquire about our next visit whilst there, and wjll definitely return.

Great place for a peaceful escape with spectacular views. Heated pool is a must. Welcome food and drink basket was perfect for our late arrival. Modern appliances and shower. Overall a very relaxing stay.

An amazing villa with an amazing view. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for your stay. Easy walking distance to two local tavernas for eating out and a short trip to Heraklion and to local beaches. A real luxury place to stay.

We came as a family on 10 and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Villa was outstanding with an amazing panoramic view. The Villa was fully equipped with lots of additional items. There were 10 very comfortable sun loungers. A lovely extra touch was the food package and mousaka on arrival and the surprise morning delivery of fresh fruit, veg, yummy cake & donuts, even fresh goat, lamb and homemade chips from the owners own farm and bbq. Simply spoilt. Thank you so much. Xx

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this villa. It deserves all the glowing reviews that it has had in the past. Dimitris is an outstanding host, who communicates very quickly and is very helpful. He helped us organise taxi transfers, was here to greet us, had lots of suggestions for food and places to explore. He even got lunch for us, telling me not to eat the airport food! The villa is beautiful. We loved swimming in the pool every day and then sitting in the hot tub, with the views of the sea on one side and the hills on the other. It was idyllic! The rooms and bathrooms are very elegant, and the little touches like robes and slippers are very welcoming. The service is excellent. Dimitris checked the pool and the cleaner came once mid-week to change towels and sheets. I highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed. In terms of location, we did not walk into Bali, but you could. There are many restaurants in Bali. There isn’t a big supermarket here, but there are several small ones that sell anything you need. Whilst here, we visited Livadi Beach, Knossos Palace back in Herklion, Rethimno, Lake Kournas, Aptithano (a honey museum and shop), Reptisland, where they let us handle lots of snakes, Melidoni Cave. Just an incredible place, just outside of Bali (in our opinion you need a car but is walkable in about 20 ish minutes) in the middle of the hillside and all you can here is the sound of the bells hanging around the goats neck on the hillside. It is truly amazing. The villa was spotless and we were welcomed like old friends and looked after all the way through our stay. We were welcomed with lots of goodies from wine, coffee, milk and fruit. I cannot reccommend this place enough its amazing !

We regularly rate but seldom leave reviews. On this occasion we feel obligated. Having rented multiple villa's all over the world I can only relay that this is the best rental stay my family has ever enjoyed. That the villa is wonderfully equipped, well designed, and caters for just about everything somehow pales against the welcome, service and dedication Kostas and his family shower upon their guests for the duration of their stay. Initially welcomed to the property with a radiant smile and a (delicious) home baked cake, we were shown an abundance of fresh provisions, great wine, awesome raki - all produced on the vineyard for us to enjoy at leisure, with an invite to ask for more as we needed. Oh, and of course, just help yourself to pomegranates and citrus growing outside the villa. The meal Kostas' mother prepared for us was fresh and delicious (and plentiful!). Kostas is a local and is honest with his recommendations when you ask. Very knowledgeable about where to visit, what to eat, where to eat, etc. He gave us great ideas where to go and most importantly, when to go. Having travelled all over the world for 30 years, for the first time ever we are returning to the same place next year!

Without doubt this has been one of the best places we have stayed in. A simply great location with magnificent views all round. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the owner Maria & her daughter Iro. We have never before arrived to a ready made meal (for six); a wonderful mousaka & salad - brilliant. Often after the villa had been serviced we'd find cakes in the fridge - even more brilliant. Absolutely great service. Everything about the villa felt right. Very comfortable with plenty of seating, an inner courtyard a great barbecue & a magnificent pool to cool down in after a lazy day in the sun. Just down the road Lygaria beach is a great place to while away the time with a good few restaurants & bars in which to wine & dine. For a special experience Kri Kri in Agio Pelygaria is a great place to dine, lunch or dinner - Georgio will ensure you'll have a meal to remember.
