Agios Petros villas

Had a fantastic 10 days at the wonderful VilaValathis home is absolutely stunning with the beautiful views of the bay of Agios Petros the villa has everything you could possibly want and Yiannis the owner is lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and the fantastic villa which is like a museum, The walk to the beach or jetty below is amazing,and a little further is the pretty fishing village of Steni Vala with great restaurants,especially Tassias Cooking All in all if you are thinking of booking this villa do it you won’t be disappointed

Property - lovely and spacious. All on one floor. No microwave which would be easy to fix. Shower in bath but no screen. Wifi - terrible & weak. Had to visit the Beach Bar for a signal. Outside Area - beautiful, peaceful setting amongst olive groves and the sound of the sea in the distance. Pool perfect for a dip but cold. BBQ - charcoal and not the best equipped. Small old wire rack. Not inviting Location - a stroll to the beach and some very tasteful bars and 2 restaurants. A car is required. Road pretty good from the port. Would stay again…

We all absolutely loved our stay at Anasa villa. It really is the ultimate get-away-from-it-all location. The views are breathtaking and having access to our own beach was just perfect for our family. The villa itself is very well equipped - it was pleasure not having to think about sundries like toilet paper and bin bags! We enjoyed the local area - Kalamakia and Steni Vala for lunches and grocery shopping, as well as outings to Patitri and the old village. Both were charming. We didn't explore any further as we couldn't bare to leave the villa for long! We also enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. We really hope to return. Thank you for having us.

The house is very spacious, with lots of different outside areas to sit and in a fabulous, quiet location, overlooking the sea and with its own access to the sea. It is within easy access of Patitiri - c. 20-25 minutes walk or a short drive.

Just returned from 2 weeks at Julian's property in Alonnisos and can thoroughly recommend it. The house is roomy, light and situated in an incredible spot overlooking the ocean. The walk down to a small cove from the house was a regular trip for us to swim, snorkel or read by the sea. Everything we could have needed was made available at the house, a well resourced kitchen, powerful showers, plenty of towels, linen and a well stock library of books covering a myriad of topics and plenty of local material. Any issues were dealt with sensitively and efficiently and we were able to properly relax. We would definitely consider a return visit.

We hat a wonderful stay with our family in the beautiful located villa. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The beach very near and every night watching the stars from the terrace. We will miss it.

Lovely villa in a superb location, but need a car. Access road described as easy, but it is anything but, very rough! Small en-suite shower is very small and despite several attempts to get it fixed, the shower head fitting still directs water down the wall. Owners attitude to our request to sorting the problem was poor. Light in En-suite bathroom didn’t work. Fridge constantly leaking, which we had to deal with several times. No instruction manual to explain how machines work, and how to contact doctors, dentists etc. The villa is well equipped, but attention to detail leaves something to be desired.

Great location, lots of interesting tavernas within a few hundred metres of the house as well as a supermarket for the essentials and a cash point. Beds could be more comfortable!
