We had a lovely week staying here, the host made 2 bicycles available for us to ride which was perfect for getting around. The accommodation has everything you need and is located on the outskirts of the village. Trains to Marseille and then bus to Aix-en-Provence or airport are very easy to use. Thanks to Nathalie and her husband for their hospitality.

This home is a beautifully comfortable and accommodating place to stay. The layout inside and out made for a relaxing and restful holiday. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Evelyne and Patrick are wonderful helpful and generous hosts.

A lovely well equipped apartment in a quiet street in Le Panier - the historic centre of Marseille - and only five or six minutes walk from the old port. The hosts, Janet and Benoit, were responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again if we return to Marseille.

This little house is as described, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, Edith and Jean the owners were there to greet me and explain everything and when a heavy thunderstorm took the internet out they were quite prepared to come and fix it, thankfully it righted itself and there was no need. I have rated the area as a 4/5 simply because as others have stated it is little industrial and not as pretty as some other quintessential French villages, however don’t let this put you off, you are close enough to Marseille to enjoy it, but far enough away to ignore it, there is plentiful transport links if your prepared to walk a short way and the local shops are enough to fill your cupboards stocked. I would heartily recommend this property and would have no qualms in returning if I want to return to this area again. We had a wonderful stay in Nathalie and Laurent’s apartment. The accommodation has air con, is spotlessly clean, spacious and has every facility you could wish for. The bathroom is luxurious with a fantastic shower. The balcony is delightful, shaded and very roomy. The property itself is in a quiet part of town yet only a 10 minute walk away from the harbour with its choice of bars and restaurants. Carry-le-Rouet is a very pleasant little town, it is very French and although we stayed in August it did not feel too crowded or busy. Finally, just to add that Nathalie and Laurent were wonderful hosts who made us feel like very special guests and provided us with several unexpected treats during our stay. This is a wonderful apartment, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.
