Excellent location, 15 x minutes walk to beach but for dog owners the Wildflower Meadow cannot be beaten. Property is well presented with everything you could need for a long stay.

This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

We had a perfect stay at Looney Dunes for a short break to visit Bempton Cliffs and Filey.The property was very well equipped and comfortable, with lots of extras that many holiday lets don’t include. It was also immaculate throughout. The lovely welcome pack was well received after a long day travelling. Looney Dunes is located in a good position, away from the road and paths through the complex, although it doesn’t feel like a holiday park at all.Rebecca was an excellent host, we appreciated the great communication and help with queries.We will certainly look to book Looney Dunes for our next stay in the area.

Really happy with our stay, the house was absolutely spotless. The communication was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was a located in a convenient area for our needs. Would recommend :-)

Had a fantastic week at Oyster Cottage. Cottage is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Private large garden a real suntrap. Everything is top quality and the cottage is so cosy and clean with plenty of room for everyone to chill. Few treats for humans and dog too. Can't wait to return. The property is perfect. Everything you could need (apart from a washing machine) but who wants to do washing whilst on holiday. The view of the sea from the living room window is amazing! Everything is litreally in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you.
