Absolutely fantastic property in a great location with great transport links and restaurants close by with amazing views of the sea. The property wea clean, well presented and had everything you'd need. We had a long weekend here as we were going to a wedding in the area and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thanking you helping to make our visit so memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt like a real home away from home. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!

The property was lovely, we had all we needed for a nice stay. The garden was safe for our little dog. Good location and lovely beaches.

I was looking for a soft place to land for my dog and me, and Sofia's place offered just that! It was cosy, and an easy walk to Northumberland Park and Tynemouth. It was also useful to have a little Morrison's daily store on the corner to pick up a few necessities. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.

There were three of us staying - all pensioners aged 95, 72 and 69. This was the perfect place for a two week holiday that included a wedding, Christmas, a family get together and new year. We felt at home right away. Beautiful large kitchen diner, so well equipped and welcome pack as well. The living room has three sofas and the bedrooms are really comfortable too. We couldn’t fault it at all. Also so easy to get around with excellent road system. Thank you. We loved it.

Property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and good value for money. Quiet spot but only 2 mins walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Also close to beach and Metro. Parking space was a bonus. We love Tynemouth and have stayed here a few times - would choose this house again.

Fabulous little room with great views out front, excellent location too

The location was beautiful and the property comfortable and a good size. It was a shame that they were stingy with loo roll ( only 1 roll for a 3 night stay). Comments relating to the shower have been made over several years and it is not clear why the simple repair needed has not been carried out. The code for the gate was incorrect in the visitor info and we had to call them at 11pm. A dish drainer would have been useful.
