With ages ranging from 5-90 we weren’t sure how this holiday would go. Needn’t have worried the property fitted us just right with everything we needed and the hot tub was certainly a great hit with everyone.

Warm and friendly welcome from the hosts . Charming,, cosy and comfortable accommodation. I especially loved the hot tub! I will return!

We had the best stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great location in LA. Brooke was so helpful and the check in process was easy. The apartment itself is so spacious and had everything we needed. Location is great, with everything you need close by, including restaurants and the super market, and so nice to be able to walk to mothers beach.

This house was exactly as advertised. Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, it was perfect for the coastal road for the beach resorts to the north & south, as well as the tourist areas in the city. Also really close to LAX (although there is no noise problem). The house was equiped with everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The wifi etc worked really well. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of decent eateries within walking distance or a few miles drive. Helene gave us loads of great information to help us make the most of the visit.

Perfect location, perfect house. This place really is a gem and we've been lucky to stay in it twice now. 5min walk to the gorgeous, safe and clean beach. A short drive to the pier or a nice long walk along the (paved) beach. The hot tub is wonderful. The living room comfy and homely. The bed are comfy and the whole place is quiet and clean. We spent a few afternoons at the house, The garden is a sun trap during the day. Easy access to the PCH to visit the pier or north towards Malibu. 15minute drive to Malibu. 30min drive to Universal studios. 25min drive to the famous Farmers Market (all traffic dependant). 30min drive to airport. I can't speak highly enough of this Quant, quiet, perfect house and the service you get when booking it. Special thanks to Colette who has been wonderful. I'd recommend this house to 2 or 4 persons(like us). Never felt cramped. We'll be back.....
