Beach front house. Located in Belmont Shore California. Bottom floor is open floor plan living room has a pool table and seating dining room has seating for six and kitchen has a large island with seating and fully stocked. Upstairs Master bedroom with King size bed and smart TV. Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on bottom and full size bed on top . 3rd room has a queen size bed . Family room has A couch that makes out to a bed. With a large sliding doors that open up to a balcony where you can sit and watch the boats and the occasional seal or dolphin. Roof top deck with lynx bbq. Full views of ocean, bay, Catalina, Queen Mary, and the Southern California Mountains. There is also a two car garage .Paddle boards rentals ,kayaks rentals , bike rentals , snack, shack, playground, basketball courts, Pickleball courts, and giant floating obstacle course in front of the house on the beach . Just a short 2 block walk to 2nd Street for great restaurants, shops and bars. And you can ride a bike or Uber a short distance to the Long Beach convention center and aquarium . Beach chairs,unbrella and towels provided. STREET IS CLOSED IN SUMMER 9-5 So people can walk bike and skate in the street. We are 40 minutes from Disneyland 30 minutes to Knottsberry farm 45 minutes to Hollywood and about an hour to Lego land. Great place for families and romantic getaways not a place for raging parties or events like weddings our neighbors will have the party shut down in a minute....!
