Angele was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Showed us around and gave info re cottage and village. Cottage was well equipped and ideal for our short break. Perfectly situated in the village for the beach, park, shop etc. Also handy for trips to Fraserburgh and Peterhead. Lots to do on your doorstep - grandchildren didn’t want to go home!

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely little cottage with amazing views out to sea.Fully equipped for all your self catering needs, the property was very clean, lovely comfortable bed, with a small but adequate bathroom. (Shower only)Outside has a lovely garden area, and spacious parking.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to family & friends. It was a long drive for the 2 of us, 8 hours away, but well worth it for the views alone.

This was my first holiday in four years due to ill health and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It was so relaxing and sitting on the patio listening to and watching the various birds was so therapeutic. The epitome of mindfulness. I even heard my first Cuckoo that wasn't on the telly!The cottage itself was exactly as described by Anthony and Carrie. Everything was there that I needed. Well laid out accommodation and the bed was so comfy. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway this would be top of the tree.Thank you Anthony and Carrie

Really enjoyed our stay at Wee House in Pennan - such a beautiful place. Whether you're staying local or going off to explore the area, coming back to the house is just lovely. So lovely to relax in the evening with a fire going and then wake up to the sound of the waves. It's honestly such a gem xxxxx

The property was spotless, comfortable and cosy. The photos don’t do it justice as the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped . The hot tub was amazing and the views were spectacular especially when the snow arrived. Jimmy was friendly.to the point of inviting us to meet with him and his friends on New Year’s Eve. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting peace and tranquility. Loved it and hope to return.

The property was 1st class. Spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. There were even the essentials available in the fridge when we arrived. The quality of (what’s looks like a very recent) renovation was very very good. The shower was amazing and the property was toasty warm. As for Pennan, it was a delightfully remote spot where it was wonderful to be woken up in the morning by the sound of the waves. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful wee armadillo which was just far enough away from home to feel like a holiday. Great accommodation and a perfect spot for a swim and to watch the dolphins play.

Beautiful property lots of care and attention to detail in everything! We love gardenstown and surrounding villages and towns. Will definitely be back
