I totally loved this place. Beautiful setting, delightful gardden. Beautiful inside. Loved the facilities and the chance to use old china plates and bowls and cutlery. Large enough to find a space to be on your own.

An amazing welcome pack! - Thankyou!A very comfy bed. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe.It was an easy walk into town with plenty of places to eat.We had a lovely stay.

There were 16 of us for a family weekend. The house is fabulous, very comfortable with lots of different spaces. The gardens are lovely and the tennis court was a real hit worth all the family. Communicating with the hosts was was simple. Would recommend.

Excellent accommodation extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely area for walking. Local pubs very good too. My only grumble is not knowing dogs are not allowed upstairs until we arrived although we managed to work around it. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful property with lots of character and space. 50yrds off high street and Sun inn pub. Dedham is a beautiful village and highly recommend staying at this property

Good size cottage for us and the 2 dogs. Plenty of walks for us and the dogs. We go back at some point.
