it's a great place, lots of room, big pool and a tennis court. 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach. you must have a car. very clean and well equipped. too bad there were fire alerts so we couldn't use the outdoor BBQ & pizza over.

My family decided that after 2+ years of lockdown they wanted to go away to sun and sea. One son discovered this villa which slept 16; perfect for us as we were 15 in total being 5 children between the ages of 4 and 10 and 10 adults. it was perfect for us, on the beach but away from it due to a gate that could be securely closed. with a swimming pool on site we had a private beech shared by two villa's and it was quiet the shops were close by and no trouble to get too. no night life in the vicinity for those who wanted such things; we did not so no worries on that score all in all a great break

We have just come back from the most idyllic week at Villa Aria. From the moment we booked we knew we had found something very special. The owner Alex responded promptly and answered clearly any questions we had before we arrived. He even emailed us directions from the airport to the villa suggesting the most wonderful place to stop and take a break and take in the spectacular view. The villa location was beautiful and the villa itself was perfect. Alex and Virginia met us on arrival and were very generous with their time showing us around and explaining the main things about the villa. Throughout the week they were extremely helpful, explaining where the best places were to buy food on a Sunday, booking tables in restaurants in Porto Heli and Ermioni and helping us organise trips to local islands. A huge thank you to you both for enabling us to have an exceptional holiday in these unprecedented times.

Villa Julie was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Close to the beach, quiet enough to enjoy peaceful times and close enough to enjoy the evening life of Porto Cheli and Ermioni. We comfortably fitted in 15 guests. The two kitchens also helped with the large group we were. The house is well kitted with all we needed for our stay

We had an amazing Easter holiday at this villa! This was our second visit and we’ve been dreaming of coming back for the last two years. The house was beautiful and uniquely decorated as we remembered it, super clean and well equipped. From our first visit, we were already in love with the special character of the villa, the vibrant colors and how practical and spacious it is. Chryssoula, the owner, is a gem as always, kind, hospitable. We also noticed she has done a lot of renovations. Not that the house needed anything but it’s a major bonus when you see the owner deeply caring for their property and the comfort of their guests! We spent endless hours enjoying the stunning view of the bay and the comfort of the villa as the weather was wonderful. Everything was so quiet and serene and we found the peace of mind that we needed very much. Like our last visit, we made full use of the kitchen for our snacks and meals. We were thinking that we would go out more but honestly, we found no good reason to leave when we were already in the perfect place! The shops are very close by and we got to enjoy all the amazing Greek fresh produce and a mountain of delicious strawberries. Many thanks again to Alex who managed our booking so efficiently. For us it felt like going home again and we made so many new, wonderful memories. Once more, our family wholeheartedly recommends visiting!
