A wonderful new house in excellent condition close to restaurants and beaches. Well equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. good communication with owner who spoke excellent English.

Our 2nd visit to the property. Easy travelling to either quiet unspoiled beaches or more busy tourist places. Hosts next door if any problems arose, we had none. Will probably visit again.

The house lived completely up to our expectations, it is in a great location close to everything that you need. Beach, Main Centre, Restaurants, Market and bars, even the local supermarket could be walked to if you wish. For all of it's position in the centre it is still quiet. There is a nice courtyard to the rear which has both sun and shade throughout the day with another seating area to the front to sit for the sun in the evening. The sun sets just at the bottom of the road approx 200 meters, just walk down, glass of wine in hand and watch it set. The house is clean and well equipped as described and has a shower to die for. It was very hot while we were there in June but with a cooling breeze that with the back and front doors open gave a nice blow through to help keep it cool. During our 2 week stay we had no problems parking outside of the house. It was wonderful to stay in a house that is part of the history of Soulac sur Mer.
