The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It was convenient to be able to park right outside. Not far to the shops, restaurants and beach. We had a quiet relaxed Christmas at the Haven while being near to our family in Fareham.

Best stay! Very new experience of staying in a boat. Amazing location for public services as well.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is lovely, very clean and well presented.

I cannot think of a better word to use for the ark other than PERFECT! I penned after out first stay in the Ark last year, taking into account, the location, the sea view and the best town on the Island, Cowes within walking distance, if we stayed any where else on the Island we would regret it. We are planning our return.

Lovely apartment, ideal for Southampton and the Ageas Bowl. Durley isn’t really a village, but the Hampshire countryside is beautiful.

Beautiful place, ideal size for two people after a chilled weekend. We didnt realise it was an annex at the back of the cottage but that was my mistake. The welcome basket was phenomenal, lovely cakes and we will definitely book again.

Extremely clean and very tidy apartment. Decoration of the apartment is modern. Really enjoyed the apartment, plenty of space for all the family.really close to the sea front and attractions.
