About this property

Peaceful, rural Martha's Vineyard on the Bike Path

If you are a bike or nature enthusiast you will love this rustic cape. It is 10 mins from the Vineyard Haven ferry and next to the bike path. The house is fully equipped and furnished and offers a gas and charcoal grill. There are 3 bedrooms as follows: Queen bed , half bath and laundry on the 1st floor and one king sized bedroom and a set of twin beds and full bath . There is a fabulous outdoor shower and large shaded deck with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and we offer a pantry of spices for our guests to use. We recently added a smart flat screen tv . The house is located on the bike path and takes you on a 10 mile loop around the State forest or you bike to Edgartown or Oak Bluffs. We are minutes to the West Tisbury Farmers' Market which is held on Wednesday and Saturday as well as Ally's General store, a gourmet coffee shop, art galleries and the library. The town beach, Lambert's Cove has the fluffiest sand and calm waters. I have some transferrable ferry reservations for Aug. We rent Sunday to Sunday except in off season. We do not have cable/local TV. Bring your own FIRE STICK.

This was a lovely, comfortable house, very well equipped and located with direct access to the bike trail. It was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay there again!

West Tisbury Cottage

We had a wonderful time at Robin's West Tisbury home. The house was super clean, the beds were comfy, we loved the outdoor shower and yard and we loved the short trail in the yard directly to the bike path. Also took advantage of access to Lambert's Cove beach. My husband, kids and I would happily stay there again.

We had the most wonderful 2 week stay here. Right off the bike path but secluded and private. Great cross breeze from windows & doors but quiet ac splits in all rooms made the stay comfortable on the 2 humid days we had. Perfect!

Lovely home in a special place

We are regular visitors to Martha’s Vineyard and this is a very special place for us. This was our first time staying at this lovely property, we really enjoyed the home and property. Comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy your stay, no worries and the host checked in just in case you need something. So peaceful here, we will return.

Great place to spend a week on the Vineyard

Our family had never been to Martha's Vineyard so this was our first time. It's a great vacation home. Very cute; even better than the pictures made it out to be. The house was very clean and it's obvious when you arrive that the owner's have been renting for some time as everything is well organized and maintained. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had but really I didn't need much, everything was setup perfectly for our arrival. If you're considering renting this home you won't be disappointed. If we ever decide to spend another week in the area we will definitely consider renting this home again.

The time flew by!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location! We especially appreciated easy access to the bike path and the fact that the kitchen is very well outfitted. The only downside was that though we were alerted to the absence of onsite streaming services or cable, we expected to cast from our devices. But we found the big tv doesn’t accept casting, so spent evenings watching movies on a 10” screen!

Wonderful Two Weeks on the Vineyard

Robin was incredibly responsive and the house was fantastic. A truly wonderful location - so close to the bike path and such a lovely yard. Would very gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place up-island

Lovely home in the woods

Robin's home is in a beautiful setting, right on the bike path. The home is comfortable and has a wonderfully spacious private yard. A very well stocked kitchen and plenty of ceiling fans for the warm evenings.

Quiet and quaint

The house is in a very quiet and less populated part of the island, which we love. The kids loved the backyard and we had plenty of space to set up our badminton court. The outside shower is delightful. And access to the private Lamberts Cove Beach is wonderful! We were enjoying ourselves so much we wanted to stay an additional week . This is most definitely a house we will return to. Thank you!

We love our home because it's comfortable and private, yet very convenient to shopping and restaurants. West Tisbury has a beautiful bay beach with fluffy sand and is very low key. If you like to bike, jog, or roller blade the bike path is 50 ft. away.
