Calm and natural Low mallorquin traditional summer and family area, there are no hotels, you can access the virgin beach of "Sa Rápita" walking in five minutes, twenty minutes walk from the famous natural beach "ES Trenc", swim in a small calita located in front of the house, cycling, cycling, fishing, playing petanque, water sports at the yacht club located 300 meters, which has summer courses for children and adults. Half an hour by car from Palma.

Sehr schönes Haus am Meer in ruhiger Lage

Das sehr gepflegte und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt in Sa Rapita ca. 80m von einer Steinküste entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca brauchen könnte (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Dank separater Schlafzimmer eignet sich das Haus auch hervorragend für die Anreise mit Kindern. Mit dem selbst mitgebrachten Babyphone konnten wir die Abende auf der hauseigenen Terrasse verbringen. Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 min zu erreichen. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Stränden ist dieser nicht sehr überlaufen. Der Hafen, Restaurants, kleinere Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für die Anreise vom Flughafen und Ausflüge empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein rundum toller Urlaub - mit Meerblick

Von Anfang an tolle Kommunikation mit unseren wundervollen Gastgebern Carme und Vincenç, die immer (!) erreichbar waren und uns vor den Mücken gerettet haben! Das Haus in 2. Reihe bot für uns drei (Paar mit 5jährigem) ausreichend Platz, wobei wir lieber Zeit auf der wundervollen Terrasse vorn mit 2fach Meerblick verbrachten! Alles im Haus vorhanden wie zuhause, Internet schnell und verlässlich. Wir waren begeistert von der Lage des Hauses im schönen Sa Ràpita (Entfernung Meer - Felsen oder Sand -, Entfernung Bäcker, Einkauf, Café/ Restaurant) und auch verkehrstechnisch (Mietwagen) toller Ort für Ausflüge (Santanyì, Ses Salines, Palma, Cala Figuera, Porto Petro und Cala Mondrago etc...) . Zu Fuß von Sa Ràpita am Sandstrand entlang nach Ses Covetes (tolle Bar, bester kleiner Supermarktkiosk) oder über Son Bieló und S`Estanyol zum Leuchtturm (ja, auch das Kind ist gelaufen!) - es war einfach nur schön!
