Beautiful 8th Floor Gulf View Condo. Steps to the beach! Short/long term stay.

January 2026 Update: Due to Hurricane Ian, the community tennis courts and grounds of the property are currently being restored and updated. The pools are now open in Building 4 and 2. The neighboring buildings may have some construction noise during the working hours of the day. Please message me with any questions/concerns. The newly renovated turnkey studio is your home away from home located at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club, situated on 15 landscaped acres directly across from Bonita/Barefoot Beach. You will enjoy beautiful Southwest views of Bonita Beach and the Naples Skyline from your screened-in lanai on the 8th floor in Building #4.

The kitchen with dining area is well equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, stainless steel appliances including Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator. Along with all necessary dishes, cups, pots, pans, and silverware. (excluding washer and dryer in unit; however there is a newly built community laundry facility that accepts credit card or quarters located on the ground floor of Building 5, (We are located in Building 4).

The light and bright living room features comfortable furnishings, including a pull out sofa, a 55” flat screen TV with plenty of cable channels, streaming services, and high-speed Wi-Fi included.

The bedroom has a plush king size Tempur-Pedic bed dressed with crisp white linens. Off the bedroom area is a walk-in-closet with plenty of storage space and the completely renovated bathroom with a spacious walk-in-shower.

The beautifully appointed studio is located steps away from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach, including the famous ‘Doc’s Beach House’ and ‘Bonita Jet Ski & Para-Sail' which offers para-sailing and all types of rentals such as jet-ski's, kayaks, and paddle-boards for beach and water enthusiasts in this prime Bonita Beach / Little Hickory Island location. Publix, Tourist Shops, and local Gyms a quick drive away with restaurants such as ‘Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille’ in walking distance.

Unit is beach ready! Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, ‘Tommy Bahama’ Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, Cooler, Ice Packs and more freely available for use.

Great Location and Comfortable

The owner was very cooperative and helpful in making changes. The condo is across from the public beach with easy access. Many restaurant choices within 5 minutes of less. Publix market also close by. Perfect location for our needs.

Great location

Great studio with view of ocean, beach right across the street with beautiful sunsets and restaurants in close walking distance. Host great communicator . Pool was nice, provided with beach chairs, towels etc. Had to get used to the screen door on main entrance, no spring which was pretty loud when walking in and forgetting to be gentle. Overall a great place to stay!! Weather was perfect too

Long Weekend Get-Away

Keela the property owner was fabulous to deal with. She was more than kind and accommodating. The location is perfect. We didn’t even need a car. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you Keela. We will be back for sure.

Excellent Location/Cute Condo

The location was great for walking across to the beach and having a great dinner at the location restaurant. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around, nothing we wanted to do was to far out of the way. The view from condo was awesome, specially for storm watching. Condo was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. Easy to work and communicate with property owner. Would for sure come back here!

It is a lovely space in a great location. The pictues show how nice it is. The screened-in balcony was one of my favorite places. There is road noise but I would expect every unit in the complex has that. It didn't bother us. We plan to return!

Best location and view we have ever had on the Gulf side of Florida

We stayed here the first week of Feb 2019. My wife and I are seniors and loved it!!!! The 8th floor level has great views of the Gulf and surrounding area from the large screened in lanai. It's just steps from a great beach with beach equipment for you to use in the condo. The building is a little dated but well maintained and very quiet. When you step into the studio size condo apartment you'll think it's brand new with all the renovations. There's lots to do in the area with many places to eat within easy walking distance. Of all the rentals we've done over many years this was our best one.

Wonderful stay; host was very accommodating

Bed was especially comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Towels were plentiful and soft. The 8th floor terrace, overlooking the gulf, was the perfect start and finish of my day. Like many beachside Florida buildings in this price range, the property is older and shows it, but that didn't bother me ... And I so appreciated the host, Keela, who was gracious, kind and accommodated me when, because of Covid and later, a crazy work deadline, I had to twice reschedule my stay. I'd recommend her and this property.

Great condo for a couple

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. It was great…had everything we needed in the condo, although we didn’t do much cooking. Beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella were perfect to take to the beach. We ate at both the restaurants close by, walking from the condo. This was the perfect place for a little vacation!

Great condo in an amazing location

My wife and I needed a beach getaway and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was a short walk to the beach, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with home essentials as well as beach gear. The building and surroundings are well maintained and there are a lot of great bars and restaurants to walk to. We would absolutely stay here again next time we travel to Bonita Springs.

Cute place

The outside of the buildings wereca bit shabby. The unit was clean and met my expectations. The walk to the beach was longer than 3 minutes because to cross the blind curve you had to walk to the crosswalk.

Close to beaches and restaurants

The property was nice for 2 of us. Our view was nice. It was a bit loud on the balcony with the road below but we expected this. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. Doc’s on the beach was great for a quick bite to eat and drinks. They rented chairs and umbrellas. The double chair with umbrella rented for $38. However our condo had chairs, umbrellas and coolers for us to use. Also an abundant of beach towels. The beach was long and we could walk forever. Coconut Jacks was another restaurant so close to the property. We ate there a couple of times. The food was good. I really liked the coconut shrimp. The condo: fully equipped. The kitchen had everything. Both a Kurt if and a regular coffee pot. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, etc. plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper,etc. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Getaway to Bonita Beach

We enjoyed your lovely condo with it’s close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The condo had a modern kitchen and a lanai with views of the gulf. Providing beach chairs and towels made going to beach convenient. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.

Great place for two in Bonita Springs, FL

It met our needs for space and location (across the road from the beach), with a great view of the gulf. The unit included beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and tennis raquets to use at the onsite courts. There were many restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.

We came for the beach and the property was conveniently located right across from Barefoot Beach. We walked to the beach every day and utilized the beach chairs, cooler, and towels provided. We loved being so close to Doc’s as well. It’s a great spot!!

Great stay

This was one of the best vrbo properties I have stayed at in a long time. It was very clean on arrival. There was no guessing it had been cleaned. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and beach chairs and towels. Communication with owner was easy and quick. We were even able to get an early check in. The property was supper convenient! Quick walk to the beach and pool right outside the building. We also noticed how well kept the property grounds were. Everything was clean and we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again!
