It is located on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, a few kilometers from the sea, a strategic point to reach the most beautiful tourist destinations in the area. 360 ° itineraries, facing the sea and behind the Apuan Alps, Versilia on one side and 5 Terre on the other, wonderful destinations to discover just 30 minutes by car. Even closer but not of less tourist importance and beauty is the "Gulf of Poets" with the characteristic towns of Bocca di Magra, Lerici, Tellaro and Portovenere.
The accommodation
Large quiet and private apartment with independent entrance, with fully equipped kitchen with table for 6 people, large bedroom / living room with sofa / double bed and armchair / single bed, bedroom with bunk bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower. It is located in an area served a stone's throw from a supermarket and only one kilometer from the historic center of Sarzana, but at the same time immersed in a large fully fenced garden with parking space inside.
Large garden will be at your disposal. Completion fenced, ideal for both children and to accommodate any pets that will accompany you. You will also find a large barbecue and everything you need to prepare delicious barbecues to be enjoyed outdoors under the porch in front of the house entrance.

Il B&B è situato in un luogo strategico visto la vicinanza con località famose del Golfo dei Poeti, della Versilia e delle Cinque Terre. L' appartamento è ampio, perfettamente vivibile sia per quanto riguarda gli spazio giorno che quelli notte. Cucina con tutte le necessità e camere da letto ampie e ben arredate.
