Cleaning. Please leave the property tidy. All dishes washed and put away, all food removed from the Refrigerators
All trash removed from the home, all beds stripped of sheets and pillowcases only, and comforters and shams put back on all beds, floors swept, and BBQ grill cleaned prior to departure.
Bed linens put back in the container and left on the front steps. Turn off all lights when you leave, leave thermostats at 72.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture Pet hair must be cleaned prior to check out - Excessive pet hair will result in a additional cleaning fee
