Vicana Villa is located in the village built against the mountain. This is a beautiful view over the village and to the Italian Alps. It is a very spacious house with many comforts. In front of the house (south side) is also a spacious covered veranda and balcony. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, a spacious dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the equipment is Miele. The dining table seats 10 people. The living room has TV with satellite channels and wireless internet access and a sonos music system. Also located in the annexe a 2-person bedroom with bathroom. In the hall there is a toilet and a room with washer and dryer. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms one with balcony, 1 Two double bedrooms without balcony and 1 Four double bedrooms with balcony. A bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a sandwich service, breads and various foods for 7. 30 for the door in a box delivered!

Ski holiday

We were there for ski holiday, the Milenium express is 12 min. Drive. The house is super clean and comfy the kitchen is fully equiped. Highly recommended!

Uns hat es super gefallen, für die Kinder war es ein schöner Außenbereich zum Spielen. Der Ausblick ins Tal vom Haus aus ist super. Etwas verwirrend ist die Beschreibung mit einem Gemeinschaftspool, es gibt keinen. Damit ist das nahegelegene Freibad gemeint.

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving

Wat hebben wij als gezin genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is mooi gelegen en is van alle gemakken voorzien, zowel binnen als buiten. Alles is ook fris en keurig netjes! Tel daarbij de mooie omgeving en talloze activiteiten op, wat maakt dat we enorm genoten hebben!!

Geweldig!

Wat een geweldig huis! We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving en dan steeds thuiskomen in dit ruime huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij waren met 9 mensen en hadden ruimte genoeg. Er is ook ruim serviesgoed en bestek aanwezig. De veranda is een heerlijke plek voor lange avonden. Kortom: voor herhaling vatbaar!

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Außenbereich mit tollem Blick auf den Ort. Leider werden drum herum einige neue Häuser gebaut und der Baulärm in den frühen Morgenstunden war sehr bedauerlich. Die Unterkunft ist dennoch empfehlenswert.

Schitterend huis, voorzien van alle luxe. Op maar 10 min rijden van de skilift!

Modern en net huis met veel goede voorzieningen en een mooie ligging tegen de berg aan. De skilift en grote parkeerplaats op 10 min rijden. Fijne ruime keuken van alles voorzien. Twee mooie luxe badkamers en goede bedden. Schuur met bergruimte voor ski’s ook erg handig. Wij hebben het er heerlijk gehad!

Zeer nette woning met alle gemakken voorzien. ( oven, vaatwasser, 2 badkamers)Luxe woonkamer en keuken. Makkelijk te bereiken, wegen zijn goed sneeuwvrij gemaakt. Ski gebied Nassfeld is makkelijk te bereiken via ski bus of eigen vervoer. Heerlijke vakantie gehad! Erg genoten, waarbij het weer ( zon) ook een groot aandeel in heeft gehad.

Top verblijf voor gezinnen!

Geweldige week gehad in een van alle gemakken voorzien huis. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. We hebben alle ochtenden en avonden buiten kunnen eten; de veranda is perfect! Het gemeentelijk zwembad is top! We zijn er bijna elke dag wel enkele uurtjes geweest. Alles is voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Fijne vakantie gehad in dit zeer complete vakantiehuis. Echt een aanrader. Omgeving en uitzicht is prachtig. Veel leuke dingen te ondernemen in de nabije omgeving. In het dorp zijn (op loopafstand) voldoende faciliteiten aanwezig (zoals supermarkt en een fijn zwembad). Contact met de eigenaar verliep fijn. Veel informatie en tips over het huis en de omgeving vooraf al ontvangen.

Van alle luxe voorzien! Zeer zorgzame eigenaren!

Ruim een jaar hebben we er naar uitgekeken om samen met zus, zwager en neefjes de kerstvakantie te vieren in Villa Vicana. Het was het wachten meer dan waard! Wat een prachtige woning! Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar het meest prettige was nog wel het gevoel welkom te zijn. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht waardoor je nooit misgrijpt. We hebben volop genoten. De volwassenen van een ski-uitje in Weisbriach en schaatsen op de Weissensee. De jongeren van alles wat Nassfeld te bieden heeft. Kortom een vakantie om nooit te vergeten. De echte kerstboom die voor ons klaar stond, de broodjesservice en het vuurwerk in Kotschach op Oudejaarsavond voelden als kadootjes. De gemoedelijke sfeer van de inwoners van Kirchbach waaronder bij Mani's en het luisteren naar de Top2000 zorgden ervoor dat al het goede uit twee werelden samenkwam. Dank voor deze ervaring, alle goede zorgen en het vertrouwen!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Alles wie beschrieben. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus. Das passte super. Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Mooie woning op een prachtige plek

Met twee gezinnen hebben we een heerlijk vakantie gehad in Kirchbach. De woning is ruim, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren zeer te spreken over de uitgebreide keuken en de zeer ruime badkamer. Ook goede bedden! De nieuwe loungeset is geweldig en daar hebben we vaak heerlijk gezeten. De woning is op loopafstand van het dorp en in het dorp en een super zwembad waar onze kinderen (tieners) veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Verder in de omgeving is er heel veel te doen: wandelen, zwemmen in de meren, raften, dorpjes bekijken, enz.

Heerlijke huis

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in villa vicana. We hebben genoten van het comfort van het huis en de mooie omgeving (+ uitzicht vanaf de veranda). Het huis is niet per se kindvriendelijk ingericht, maar met een meisje van 1,5 was het er goed toeven (kinderstoel en kinderbedje). Aan niets ontbrak het ons, zelfs gas voor de bbq en hout is inclusief! Ook was de eigenaar flexibel en goed bereikbaar voor vragen ed via de mail. Kirchbach is een rustig dorpje, waar je wel alles kunt vinden (supermarkt, zwembaf, restaurantjes, VVV). Voor mooie wandelingen op hoogte moet je wel even de auto pakken. Aanraders: Egger alm, millennium express, wandelen bij nassfeld, strandbad hermagor, stoeltjeslift omhoog bij Weissensee. Straniger alm, maar doe dit alleen met een 4x4 of als je niet zo zuinig bent op je auto ;). We zouden zeker overwegen om nog eens terug te komen!

Het huis was in één woord fantastisch

Dit huis is geweldig wat een luxe, het ontbreek je aan niks. Er zullen mensen zijn die deze luxe zelf niet in huis hebben . Het huis is super leuk ingericht bedden liggen super. BBQ in tuin één heerlijk tuinset. De eigenaar reageer direct als er iets is. Is zeer belangstelend. Zelf bij thuiskomst kregen wij nog een mail hoe wij het gehad hebben. Super lieve betrokken mensen. Wij geven dit huis een dikke 10

In een woord fantastisch

Dit huis is geweldig, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden. Mooie plek om uitstapjes te doen. Bij aankomst een heerlijke verassing. Een zeer warm welkom. Winkel op loopafstand bank op loop afstand. Wi-fi door her hele huis. Dit huis heeft alles wat je thuis ook heb het ontbreek je aan niks. Huis eigenaar super lief en vriendelijk. Reageer super snel als er iets is. Ik kan niks anders zeggen wij hebben een top vakantie gehad.
