About this property

House for 6-8 people just 5 km from the highest bathing lake in the Alps

Rent our house for 6 to a maximum of 8 people. The house is located at 900 meters above sea level in the municipality of Stockenboi on Lake Weißensee, was built in 2001 and has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining and living room. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed. We also have 2 mattresses (100x200) that can be accommodated in the bedrooms.
Garage and parking space are also available on the 900 square meter property. A terrace and a balcony as well as a seating area by the fountain guarantee relaxation in nature. It is only 5 kilometers to the highest-lying bathing lake in the Alps - the Weißensee - to the ski areas in Carinthia (Katschberg, Goldeck, Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen) it takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Sunny location, little tourism and low vacation costs await you on the natural side of the Weißensee. There is a basketball hoop and a table tennis table at the house. Mountain bikes and the inflatable boat can also be used.
The Weißensee is a jewel in the Alps. It can warm up to 25 degrees in summer, in winter the lake freezes up to 40 cm with an ice layer, at least the west side. You can reach all sights in Carinthia within 30-40 minutes, so that the house can also be used as a starting point for exploring the sun-drenched part of the country. Also to Italy by the sea and Slovenia (Triglav Ntl. Park) it is not far.
Bring bed linen (covers) and hand or Dishtowels. There is an additional 1.50 € local tax per night. The final cleaning is to be done by yourself. WiFi is included.

Een kind en diervriendelijk huis met veel ruimte op een heel erg mooie locatie. Eigenaar is goed te bereiken via de mail. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig al zijn sommige items misschien wel aan vervanging toe maar alles functioneert. Weißensee is op een paar minuten rijden en in de zomer heerlijk om te zwemmen, neem wel waterschoenen mee want de steentjes zijn niet fijn om op te lopen. Als je niet richting de steiger gaat is het gratis anders zijn de prijzen behoorlijk. Het gebied is voor de wandelaar ook heel fijn met vele wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Voor degene die voor de rust komen ben je hier op de juiste plek om te ontspannen. Heerlijk verblijf gehad en willen nog wel een keer terug. Schoonmaak moet je zelf doen en daarbij zijn iedereen standaarden anders

Heel toffe omgeving en op korte afstand van Weissensee. Het is een ruime woning, rustig gelegen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. We bevelen deze woning heel erg aan.

Aufgrund der vielen Regenfälle konnte der Rasenmäherroboter nicht fahren. Da wir auch 600 km entfernt wohnen, können wir uns um die anderen Außenanlagen nur kümmern wenn wir vor Ort sind. Elektro Mäher ist aber vor Ort und könnte bei Bedarf benutzt werden. Die Gartenmöbel sind in der Garage und gut zu gebrauchen. Waren jetzt Ende Mai vor Ort und Garten ist komplett gemacht, wächst aber wieder 😉

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und mit Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Der Weißensee ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt . Von dort aus gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit! Das Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sensationell, wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht - mit Hund und auch mit den Fahrrädern. Kommunikation, Check-In, Sauberkeit war alles perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Heerlijk verblijf in Stockenboi, aanrader!

Doordat er waarschijnlijk al een tijdje niemand in het huis was geweest, was het wat stoffig bij aankomst. Even een doekje er overheen en toen was dat ook weer prima. Verder een heel fijn huis in een prachtige omgeving! 's Morgens ontbijten op het terras in de zon. Heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst. Genoeg in de omgeving te zien en doen. In de mand onder de salontafel allemaal kaarten en folders gevonden, erg leuk! Tafeltennistafel was voor ons sportieve gezin een leuke toevoeging en veel gebruikt. Laatste dag zelfs de mountainbikes uit de schuur gebruikt en naar de Bodenalm gefietst, geweldig! Ook een leuke toevoeging zijn de aardige buren die erg behulpzaam zijn. Top vakantie gehad!

Es war sehr schön.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Besonders schön war Abends der Kamin den wir benutzen konnten. Wenn man mal wirklich Ruhe haben möchte und den Sternenhimmel in voller Pracht sehen will ist man hier richtig. Die Kommunikation war super. Vielen Dank das wir da sein durften.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Haus ist sehr gut im Inserat beschrieben. Es lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kärnten und vor allem der Weißensee gut erreichen. Insgesamt war es für uns als Familie (Eltern und drei Kinder) ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war prima!

Gemütliches Häuschen in Seenähe

Sehr entspanntes Haus, sehr geeignet für Familien. Das Haus selber liegt nur eine fünfminütige Autofahrt vom Weißensee und Wanderwege gibt’s direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erhält fünf Sterne: zuvorkommend und erreichbar! Kleines Manko war das dreckige Geschirr (wahrscheinlich noch vom Vermieter). Der Rest passt und war in Ordnung.

Schones haus in der nahe vom Weissensee

Alles war in ordnung und den kontakt zum vermieter sehr gut, man hat immer schnelle ruckmeldungen gehabt. Haus liegt in ein schone lage nicht weit vom see, um aus den tal hinaus zu kommen braucht mann so 15 min. In der umgebung ist genug zu sehen und zu tun. Kinder haben die viele spiele die vorhanden sind geschatzt

Schlichte Einrichtung

Weihnachten in Stockenboi

Eine schöne Kulisse zum entspannen. Der See liegt in der Nähe, da wir im Winter hier waren, benötigten wir ein Auto um ihn zu erreichen. Man kann gut spazieren. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, man kann in der Umgebung gut essen.

Urlaub für alle Geschmäcker

Das Haus ist groß, die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt. Für die Familie ist die offene Wohnküche ein echter Sammelpunkt. Das Untergeschoss ist komplett gefliest und damit hundetauglich, welcher so auch mit der Familie zusammen sein kann. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet vielfältige Anlässe, sich draußen zu bewegen, ob am Wasser oder in den Bergen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Rundum ein ausgezeichnetes Gesamtpaket.

Alles bestens in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Fotos. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor und während der Reise vorbildlich. Die überschaubaren Handgriffe zur Reinigung des Hauses war mit 4 Erwachsenen problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen.
