It can accommodate 12 people in great comfort. Everyone can at any time admire the full sea view or take advantage of the many services.
The terrace games and the mezzanines manage to create spaces to spend moments with families or friends, while offering spaces for tranquility.

Wonderful

A beautiful well-equipped house that has all the space and amenities a family or big group could require. The house is modern, well kept and is stocked with all the kitchen equipment you could hope for. The pool is the highlight - big, warm and with its own view over the sea. This house is a real corker, and we would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone exploring Brittany.

Fantastic vacation!

We were a family of 12 who spend nine days from 16. to 25. July in the spectacular house to Yves. Good communication with the host all through the prosess. The house has everything you want for a perfect holiday, big pool (5x12m), jaccuci, near the beach with possibility to canoing, fantastic garden and outdoor area. Very spacy inside with a lot of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen with all facilities. The only thing to comment is that we didn't fint out about the barbecues and the remote control of a blind in a sleepingroom didn,t function. But that is just some minor things taken in consideration the overall experience. Our 5 grandchildren aged 4,6 (twins), 8 and 12 had a great time with their parents and grandparents and if the possibility comes, we will be back. Thank you, Yves for making this familyvacation so succesful.

Très belle maison parfaitement équipée. Jardin magnifique. Moments trés agréables dans la piscine et le jacuzzi spacieux. Jeux à disposition ayant eu aussi beaucoup de succès avec les enfants. Et même la chance de pouvoir utiliser 2 kayaks doubles paddle pour profiter du cadre magnifique de la ria d'Etel. Un week-end exceptionnel et un logement vivement recommandé !

La maison est très spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espaces différents mais c'est surtout l'emplacement qui est au top avec vue mer, piscine, 4 terrasses... on a beaucoup apprécié le brasero/barbecue/plancha ! On recommande.

Très belle location super endroit

On a passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison qui se trouve dans un endroit paradisiaque. Mes petits enfants ont apprécié la piscine avec une température de l'eau idéale. Mes enfants et moi même ont apprécié le kayak le barbecue et la plancha. Grand maison très bien équipée avec des produits pour la cuisine disponibles .
