It was okay

Place was clean and the owner very responsive, that was great. Location is very busy / noisy but the location is central. Beds and bedding were not comfortable, bathroom door didn’t close all the way, which wasn’t great for privacy. Same with the living room door. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. It felt like an apartment that needed some work and updating.

Fantastic stay in a great location

The appartment is a fantastic option for a visit to Cannes. The location is perfect, close to the beach (10 minute slow walk), train station (5 minute walk), bakeries. shopping and dining options. We stayed at the property for 6 nights in July 24. There is a market right in front of the appartment and there are a few good fast food options that are open late for those times when you are not in the mood to have a sit down dinner. The appartment is spacious and clean and the property owner was quick to respond to any questions. The appartment came ready with everything we needed, wifi. AC, towels, linens and basic kitchen amenities so we didn't even have to go to the store to pick up the basics upon arrival. We strongly recommend choosing this property for your visit to Cannes. Personally, if and when we decide to go back to Cannes we will stay at this property again.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zum Zentrum, unten gibt es ein Autohaus, wo man einkaufen kann und eine Bäckerei, wo man frische Baguettes kaufen kann.

Un appartement situé à la proximité des meilleurs endroits de Cannes : Rue d’Antibe, La Croisette, les plages, le palais de Festival , Suquet mais surtout de tous les commerces : supermarchés, gare, restaurants mais également de MARCHÉ et de la BOULANGERIE !!! Et c’est surtout ces 2 derniers qui font le point faible de cet appartement : tous les jours dés 05:00 06:00 du matin et tous les jours de la semaine le bruit des commerçants du marché et l’odeur de la boulangerie qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble fait que le calme et cet appartement en font 2 , même les voisins sont bruyants !!!! Il faut également revoir quelques électroménagers et repasser les draps ....

Charmant appart bien aménagé dans le centre de Cannes, où nous avons passé quelques jours très agréable en couple. La déco et le mobilier sont très sympa et le gros plus est le balcon qui permet de profiter du soleil de la Côte d'Azur ! Très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et l'apéro notamment.

Le nec plus ultra pour profiter de Cannes !

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours (weekend prolongé) dans cet appartement en plein centre de Cannes. En couple, nous avons pu profiter à 100% de la vie Cannoise en été : plage, sorties, appartement tout près du marché pour faire les courses… : idéal pour un séjour citadin et balnéaire. L’appartement est très agréable : moderne, fonctionnel, calme et doté de la clim (indispensable en été !), nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin : il est très bien meublé et équipé. Je pense qu’il conviendrait aussi pour une famille mais pour deux en période estivale, c’était parfait !

Agréable mais bruyant

Appartement moderne et agréable, bien situé. Près de la côte à 5 min des plages. Avec un marché de produits frais en bas de l'appartement et boulangerie. Point négatif : appartement bruyant, klaxons et camions pour le marché tous les matins.
