The house is located in a quiet residential district LA CUERDA Cabo Roig, located in ORIHUELA-COSTA.
From the roof terrace you can catch a glimpse of the Mediterranean. The house has 2 roof terraces
1 with 4 deckchairs and the other with lounge seats with table and sunshade and mood lighting
On the terrace below you can eat at an oak table for 8 people under a sunblind which is electrically operated. at the pool which is illuminated at night
there you can grill with the weber BBQ. There are also 4 bikes available for you. In the equipped kitchen is everything dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction plate, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, mixer, hot water boiler. In the living room is a table for 6pers with chairs a sofa where 1 person can sleep. There is a satellite TV with more than 300 channels also Belgian and Dutch channels tv flanders, hifi installation and free wifi.
2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and air conditioning hot or cold 2X2 bed large model. Bed linen and beach towels are also provided as well as a baby chair can also be obtained.
