The villa was well appointed and a great location close to restaurants and a groceries shop. The villa has three bedrooms with both air condition and fans. The pool area is very clean and tidy. The kitchen was a bit small but had everything you needed in it, as well as a lot of plastic glasses that you could bring down to the pool. There is an excellent flat river walk for those who wants to exersice but kind of destroys the view from the main level veranda. Vincent was a great host and answered any questions we had.

Fabulous stay. Villa has everything you need and more. Poolside bar area was well used by the six adults staying there. Very clean and communication with host excellent.

This villa is exactly as described, great location for bars and restaurants we eat in 5 different restaurants all within a 10 min walk , Great communication with Vince (owner) throughout , thank you very much !

Wonderful Private Villa with Views

We loved staying at this villa. It was private and peaceful within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The pool is perfect and private and there are many sitting areas to relax in. Communications were clear and friendly from both the owner and the property manager and we hope to visit again!

We loved this villa so much! We had a car everything was within 5 min drive that we needed. Pool was lovely and our children loved seeing the ducks in the canal. Would highly recommend

Great family villa!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was well equipped with air conditioning inclusive in the price. Lots of outdoor space and a great pool with inflatables already there. The bar area with a toilet next to the pool is very handy for young children. Overall, we had a great, relaxing week.

Perfect villa

The villa was lovely and contemporary, clean (thanks Rebeca and Emilia) and the private pool was perfect. So many different outdoor seating areas to choose from. Excellent communication with the villa owner Vince and we had very chilled and relaxing break.

The villa is exactly as described and pictured. It had everything we needed and more. Vince always came straight back to me when I had questions before we arrived but once there I didn’t need to contact him once because everything was perfect. We will 10000% be back!

Absolutely perfect

This villa is wonderful. From making the booking to handing the keys back the communication was faultless. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need, location is good within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Villa!

My family and I stayed at the Villa in August 2023 and we had an amazing time. The Villa was perfect, there was everything you needed and the place was spotless. The area, for us, was in walking distance from many of the restaurants and bars. The communication with Vincent throughout our stay was brilliant and he was extremely helpful. We would definitely book to stay at this villa again.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed in this fantastic villa for a month, it is even better than the photos and description. We had three generations and our two young grandchildren ( eight and four) loved the pool and the adults loved the relaxing surroundings. Plenty to shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk although we hired a car which made everything easier. Loved every minute and will be back and would recommend to any families wanting a great holiday

Quality Villa

Great Villa, very well equipped for guests, BBQ, 8 x sun loungers, outdoor table with canopy, many seating areas and terraces, poolside bar area with toilet and fridge, shaded area poolside as well. Secure off road parking. Internally the Villa has everything, very modern and comfortable for our family. Vincent was very helpful.

Summer Holiday

Stayed with my family which included three children (aged 5, 7 & 10). The Villa was perfect for our needs and the pool was a huge hit with us all. Excellent Villa

Stayed with family in June 2023. Villa was in excellent condition. Lots of sunbathing spaces across 3 levels of the villa. Loads of shops and restaurants near by, either short walk or drive. Villa located just off canal which was lovely for walk, we also hired bikes to ride along canal. Vince was a very accommodating host with excellent communication throughout. 5 star

Gorgeous House!

Such a beautiful, well equipped and spacious house. We stayed for two weeks and had the best holiday! The kitchen has everything we needed and the outside spaces were amazing for eating, relaxing and watching the ducks float by on the canal! Our son loved the pool which is bigger than it looks on the photos. Vincent was a fabulous host and gave us some great tips for local beaches to go to. We didn’t want to come home!!’

My only negative was that for such a new villa there was no filter on the water tap, always a bonus in my eyes.
