The host was very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The location is within easy walking distance of main attractions and was nice and quiet at night.

We loved this place. So great for our family of 6. Monica was a big pleasure to work with & offered to let us drop our bags at her shop b4 checking in which was so nice. It’s about a 10 minute walk to get to the heart of town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with how comfortable and charming the apartment was. Quiet in the evening and just a short stroll from all the things we wanted to see. The host was very easy to communicate with. Very close to a grocery store. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at this property. Was able to drop our bags off and explore while waiting to check in. The property is very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and easy to walk everywhere around Florence. We ate at a couple local restaurants in the neighbourhood and were not disappointed. Easy access to grocery stores about 2 minutes away. Monica was always very quick to answer any messages. Highly recommended this property and will definitely book again when I return.

Great location!

We enjoyed a very "local" style stay at the apartment. The a/c worked great and the alley is relatively quiet at night. The back patio was fun to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk from the area.

Perfect stay in Florence

This apartment has it all ….location, comfort and communication! It is an easy (less than 10-20 min) walk to all the great spots in Florence, AND it is on a very quiet street, very quiet at night. Spacious and comfortable inside and we loved the balcony patio. Monica is a fantastic host, easy check in and check out and she had great tips for restaurants and getting around Florence. We would definitely stay here again !

Great apartment!

Unfortunately only had 1 night in Florence but Monica was a great host accommodating our early check-in request and holding our bags the following morning while we explored the town a bit more. The apartment was very clean, and had water and coffee upon check in and was a short walk from the train station and the center of town. The beds were new and comfortable with good linens and towels provided. We would stay here again!

Great Location in Florence

Very happy with this short 4 day stay. Owner accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Good communication. Apartment was just like it looked in the VRBO pictures….freshly renovated and very delightful. Always a plus to get two full bathrooms! Loved the location for meandering all over Florence. Tons of good restaurants

Hostess with the mostest!

Monica was an excellent hostess (super kind and helpful) and the apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and in an excellent location. Check-in was easy! We were away from the intense crowds on the other side of the Arno, but a very short walk to the center and anywhere else we wished to explore. Apartment was in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend Monica's apartment and will definitely return! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

The perfect apartment for Florence!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is far enough from the center of the city to be quiet and peaceful but is still only a short walk to all of the main sights. Monica, our host, was wonderful and checked in on us often, even giving us recommendations for places to eat nearby. The apartment is very comfortable, with soft beds, plenty of closet space, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We felt very much at home and would absolutely stay here again! Gratzie, Monica!

Florence Visit

We were met by Property Mgr personally, which was a great start. Apartment appeared as listed, and it was in a very good location. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in. The only negative was the couch, which was covered in a moving blanket, although it was in good condition. I would still recommend this apartment highly.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at this location! The property was in a great location near plenty of restaurants, markets, etc. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Check-in went smoothly. I will say that we stayed with our best friends instead of as a family with children, so we only had one key card to access. This didn't cause a big problem, but it might be helpful to have more than one card to get access in case couples dont stay together the entire time.The air conditioning worked great. Just a side mention is that you can only run 2 units at a time, so keep that in mind. We went in the late Spring, so we only needed to run the 2 bedroom units. The beds were very comfortable. The whole apartment is beautiful. As a side note in case someone is a stout person is that the shower in the main part of the apartment is quite tight. Somewhat like a cruise shower stall or maybe smaller. It didnt cause us an issue, but we thought we'd mention it for anyone who might be tall or stout.We would DEFINITELY stay here again. It felt like living like a local. Made our 25th anniversary trip super special.

Fabulous Florence !

A quiet location in San Spirito, yet a ten minute walk accross the bridge into all the big and small sights in Florence, was perfect for us. The apartment is spacious and secure, and clean, cool and calm, with a nice little balcony where we breakfasted every morning. Monica was so kind, guiding us to places to see and places to eat off the tourist trails, which suited our style of travelling. Our recommendation ? Book it !!

Fabulous Location in Oltrarno! Great lively neighborhood!

Super cute 2 BR/2BA apartment with balcony. We felt like locals in a hip neighbourhood that tourists are just discovering. Lots of restaurants, bars, gelateria and a supermarket around the corner. The owners were very accommodating and were ready for us earlier than normal.It is well furnished and spacious enough for 4+ people, if you use the chair beds. The owners easily communicated in advance of our arrival. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

My husband and I enjoyed 16 days in the LG apartment in Florence. I can only say this was a dream vacation made even better the apartment. While it was a challenge figuring out the heating and stove, we figured it out. The apartment was in a great location with walking distance to everything. All the comforts of home. Just remember to take Google Translate when operating appliances!
