Overall this property has an incredible view, all amentites within walking distance, easy access to multiple beaches and a wide variety of restaurants. We found the staff to be friendly, property was very clean, with ample room and a fairly well stocked kitchen in terms of dishware and such. Would book here again

This apartment is really great, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, perfect for families. The large balcony offers stunning sunrise and sunset views. There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping. Larger supermarkets like Lidl are nearby. We stayed here for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The local bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Bolt rates are also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this apartment. The only downside is that the keys need to be picked up from the office, which I think might be a bit inconvenient at night. Hopefully, the owner will consider this.

Overall good stay

Thank you Seshell for helping us with early check in, we had a comfortable stay. We were unaware that we will need to take taxi first to go to their office to collect keys (it will be easy if they can maintain a key safe at property).Property location is excellent. Property was clean and fairly well maintained with few minor maintainance issues. Balcony has great views.Kitchen is fairly well equipt with cutlery,plates..would be good to have some good pans/pots, as existing ones are not in great state.Would be helpful to have some hooks in bathroom to hang towels and napkins.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Apartamento com boa localização e a 5 minutos a pé da praia.

Zona calma e de fácil acesso de carro. Anfitrião super responsivo e disponível. O único senão foi não conseguirmos entrar na garagem pelo prédio, pois não tínhamos chave de acesso. Tínhamos de sair e entrar pelo portão da garagem onde entram os carros. Também encontramos formigas na casa embora que a casa estava limpa e organizada. Problema que foi resolvido com inseticida.

Estacionamento privativo, pena a entrada ter que ser pelo portão. Vista espetacular, conforto de toda a casa, limpeza excelente. Valor da Caução é absurdo 300€ para um apartamento que existem obras uns pisos abaixo, e as obras e barulho começa as 8h da manha, deviam devolver o dobro da caução. Ir apanhar a chave a um aldeamento em Almancil saindo da rota normal.

Nous avons également apprécié le pack d'arrivée (éponge, produits, tablettes lave vaisselle et dosettes lessive) ainsi que les petites attentions de bienvenue. Les explications/liens pour trouver l'office pour récupérer les clés ainsi que pour localiser l'appartement sont très bien. Par moment la difficulté à régler la température de l'eau des douches.

L'emplacement juste wow! 6 min de la plage à pied..L'appartement est grand avec 2 salles de bain. Parfait pour 5 personnes Aller chercher les clés ailleur, 10 min de voiture. De plus sur le document en arrivant, il disait de laisser les clés où nous les avons prises. Et finalement non, on devait les laisser dans l'appartement.

Achei o lugar lindo.

Achei o lugar lindo, um apartamento muito bem limpo, cheiroso e com uma paisagem incrível, gostei muito da recepção que fizeram a nossa chegada com um miminho e tudo organizado, sempre em comunicação, a única coisa que achei muito incomodo foi chegar de uma viagem cansativa, ter que buscar a chave em outro sítio distante que me custou pagar um Uber para pagar além de ir para o apartamento. Eu indicaria deixar um cofre com o código perto do apartamento ou no próprio prédio como todos fazem ou entregar pessoalmente na hora do Check-in. Mas o resto tudo perfeito!

Une vue fantastique! Très lumineux, très grande pièces. Très bien situé avec épicerie à proximité, un peu plus loin de la plage et au 9 éme étages donc très calme.(Maximum 5 minutes à pieds). La façon de se procurer les clés est difficile. Au moins 20 minutes en voiture, aller retour.

servi como intermediaria de uma empresa que não tinha o know how e tempo para encontrar alojamento para os seus funcionarios. Durante a estadia foram me dando feed back do espaço e no dia do check out enviaram me fotos e videos de como deixaram o apartamento.
