Perfect house and location

I cannot praise this property enough - great location and really impressive. It has a bathroom for each room, which really made a difference to the holiday. The roof terrace is the real wow factor with the pool and also the seating area. The living room is also gorgeous. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful apartment in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious house with all mod cons yet decorated to a traditional style with beautiful antique furniture. Service was exceptional - nothing too much of an issue. We will definitely be back.

Très belle maison, chaleureuse, confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, dans le style des maisons traditionnelles de Seville. Un peu éloignée de l’hyper centre touristique et notamment des arènes (20-25 mn à pied), mais cela permet de découvrir d’autres quartiers, plus paisibles et tout aussi beaux. Ne pas craindre les escaliers car la maison est organisée sur trois étages avec la terrasse. Propreté, accueil et services impeccables.

Great authentic villa

We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights in Seville. The beautiful authentic style spanned over 4 levels with the rooftop plunge pool being at the top which was a bonus in the heat. The villa is beautifully decorated and you ate straight out into a lovely pebbled street.

Wie in Sevilla zu Hause sein ! // it’s like having Your home in Sevilla

Es war uns eine Ehre, in diesem wunderschönen Gebäude zu wohnen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich zusammengestellt antikes und modernes Mobiliar, Lampen, Kunst und Einrichtungen sind liebevoll ausgewählt und sehr gepflegt. Wir waren zu dritt und haben in den Zimmern in der 2. Etage geschlafen. Oberhalb dieser Etage haben wir auf der Dachterrasse die Sonne und den Blick über die Stadt genossen . Man spürt, dass in diesem Haus gewohnt und gelebt wird. Im ersten Stock ist die Küche und ein Esszimmer mit einem sehr schönen Holztisch und ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer. Der Baukörper entspricht dem hier üblichen Baustil, mit einem Atrium vom Erdgeschoss bis zum Dach. Es gibt einen kleinen Brunnen und viele schöne Pflanzen. Durch die zentrale Lage sind kleine Supermärkte und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen hoffentlich noch einmal hierher. Mit den Vermietern, David & Martha war der Kontakt und die Korrespondenz professionell und angenehm. - - - It was a pleasure to stay and live in this beautiful house we felt like being at home. The furnishings are very personal and we could feel that the owner likes to live here and it’s very grateful to share his antiques, art and literature with guests. The management thru David and Martha is professional and was a pleasure. Thank You. We are looking forward to come again. There is nothing to improve! This house will have constant maintenance. But it could be an idea to have one or two blankets from real wool to put over beds as long it is cold at night. ( because the synthetic blankets do not warm or feel good ) => I emptied the dryer in the ground floor every day, otherwise it would have stopped working. Maybe You should ask guests to do the same.
