Just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of the Seine and the Notre Dame Cathedral, this studio apartment is perfect for exploring the sights.
Situated on the 4th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. This home also has a portable Air Conditioning unit for the warmer months.

An open-plan living space, the room includes a sofa, armchair, large bookcase, coffee tables and a dining table with chairs. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 1 adult or 2 children comfortably. Artwork and ornaments decorate the space. A Juliet balcony offers views to the surrounding Parisian architecture.
KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, with dark wood fittings and a contemporary aesthetic. It includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.
BEDROOM
The bedroom includes a double bed, with wooden shelves above and a storage cupboard. Please note, the bedroom is open-plan from the living area, with glass partitions to separate the two areas.

The bathroom includes a basin, walk-in shower and WC, all in white tiling and with mirrors and a cool contemporary aesthetic.
