Newly refurbished Beautiful 1 bed flat in Notting Hill

Fantastic flat in the heart of Notting Hill. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, beautifully decorated, south facing with all mod cons. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Breakfast bar seating 4, separate bedroom nook with large window and double bed (140 cm wide). Very light and sunny. Living area has sofa bed (110 cm wide) for occasional guest. Bathroom with large rain shower. 341 sqft big. Pls note there is no lift and it’s situated on the 3rd floor so you need to walk up. Even though the flat sleeps 3 pls bear in mind that it is 30 sqm large. Although the hot water cylinder can cope with 3 showers we are talking about 3 fast showers otherwise pls spread the showers throughout the day for more comfort and give the boiler a chance to reheat more water.

Great location! Could use a little more kitchen supplies, tea towel, clean dish washing brush, etc.But...would stay there again. Excellent location and nice flat.

Hi, thank you for feedback. We supply 1 tea towel per stay and spare are in the drawer next to sink. Clean dish brush is under the sink with all other supplies. We provide all spices, tea, coffee, olive oil, salt pepper etc. you name it and it’s there. There is a blender, microwave, coffee machine, all pots and pans, wine glasses, egg boiler, everything you need to cook with. Pls do ask next time if you can’t find something, we will point you to the correct direction. Thank you.

It’s the perfect location!

My daughter and I booked this adorable flat for 3 nights. It was close to the tube and close to shopping and dining on Portobello Road. There is a beautiful walled garden at the rear of the property, make sure to visit there if you love gardens!

Place was absolutely great. So close to everything and convenient to 2 tube stations. Nikki was a great host and made everything clear. Helpful hints in the place. Maps and sightseeing info to make the stay easier. Wonderful place and would return in a heartbeat!

A lovely well-appointed apartment in the heart of Notting Hall. Short walk to EVERYTHING in Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Not too far from Tube. Very enjoyable

Perfect Mini-Break

Two middle aged ladies on a mini-break. The flat was a delight. Well equipped, homely and cheerful. One of us was on the sofa bed which was perfectly fine for the length of our stay. The location was great, near 3 tube stations, Portobello Rd but quiet residential street so no problem with noise when sleeping.

It was a Notting Hill Blast

We had a fab time in 'our area'. The area is our favourite for staying. The communication was perfectly friendly and questions were answered quick. Very close to Portobello Road, Westbourne, Ladbrok, Notting Hill Gate, Paddington, Little Venice... all within walking distance. Liverpool Street in direct reach. Loved the apartment, everything you need is there.

Super Cute apartment

Many stairs to get to the 4th floor. That was included in description. No AC (very few places in London have AC). The outside of the flat could use some upkeep (carpets etc.) dusty smell. Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood with really cute decor and amenities like multiple coffee makers. Would stay again

Was exactly the same as the online photos.Although we only used the toaster and cafetière, the kitchen was very well equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and wine fridge in addition to the regular kitchen appliances.The bathroom was spacious and also well equipped including a lot of toiletries. The fans were invaluable during the hot weather.Bedroom was tiny and would suggest heavier curtains in there.Never saw or heard any of the other tenants.Great location between Kensington and Portobello rd.3 flights of stairs might be a struggle for some with a lot of luggage.
