The property is situated in an excellent location, conveniently close to transport links and local amenities. It was well-equipped and met all of our needs. The only drawback was the shower, as the shower head required manual holding and the screen allowed water to escape onto the floor. Despite this minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Letterlijk en figuurlijk een (top)appartement.

Geweldig appartement op een centraal gelegen locatie. Er is geen lift aanwezig. Met 125 treden is een redelijke conditie wel handig om te hebben.

Très bon séjour

Un appartement lumineux est spacieux bien agencé très bien situé proche de la plage, très pratique ! Le propriétaire est à l'écoute est répond rapidement (seul petit bémol dernier étage sans escalier) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Für Familien sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung in Strandnähe.

In der obersten Etage gelegene helle und ruhige Wohnung. Die Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss ist herzlich und sorgt für einen guten Duft im Treppenhaus.

It makes you feel at home

not far from the beach and not far from the center. precisely. Nearby you will find everything, restaurants and bakery directly under the house. Bus stops in the direction of the train station and airport very close. In the apartment there is everything your heart desires. a very well functioning air conditioning in every room. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, awesome kitchen. Recommended for every young and still dynamic elderly. Very nice and friendly landlord. We would like to go there again and again.

Wunderschöner Nizza- Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Nizza. Sie Ferienwohnung war auch für 5 Personen groß genug und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Klimaanlage war super, sodass die Wohnung immer angenehm kühl war und man in den gemütlichen Betten auch gut schlafen konnte. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete große Stadtwohnung, das Meer und der Strand sind in Sichtweite. Sehr praktisch und schön für Familien. Es gibt einen Bäcker direkt neben der Haustür. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Great apartment in super location

The description of the apartment was accurate, and as a bonus there were also some beach towels, sun mattresses, basic spices and washing detergent etc in the kitchen. The property was very clean, and there were nice and soft bed linen and towels. The apartment might need some paint here and there, but it is spacious and feels modern and pleasant. There was however an unpleasant smell in the small separate toilet, which we tried to remove by using the provided spray, but that was a minor problem after all. It would have been nice with some blinds etc to keep out the morning light from the bedrooms. Except for that we enjoyed some really nice sleep during the week, because it was so quiet and cool in the apartment. The wi-fi and Air Conditioning worked very well! I don't think we have ever had better wi-fi and A/C in a holiday property! Very nice and calm neighbourhood, and very close to bakery, restaurants and pretty big grocery stores. Nice waking distance to the centre of Nice, and a very short stroll to the beach. Nice owner. Would definitively recommend this property! (Not to those who do not wish to climb the stairs to the fifth floor without elevator though... But as we were informed of this fact beforehand it did not come as a shock! Good exercise while on holiday actually!)
