Welcome to our Hilton Head Island rental home! Our 3000sq/ft home sleeps 11 people in beds and has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and 3 XL twin beds plus a private loft space that serves as the 5th bedroom. The loft bonus room has the queen bed, one of the XL twin beds and an extra den area with large TV, and its own half-bathroom. Pack and Play, highchair and infant walker are also provided in home. The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms.

Our home is beautifully located on a lagoon waterway which provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while watching the tropical birds and alligators. The back yard is protected from the water with a retaining wall.

Perfect home for families, golfers and short-term seasonal renters. Discounts given for more than 7 nights. Please inquire!

The home is a short walk to a large community pool and you have 4 tennis and pickle ball courts and basketball court free for your use! 4 bikes are provided at the home and additional bikes can be rented at a discount through South Beach Bicycles.

The beautiful beaches are a short bike ride from the home through safe bike trails throughout the island!

Other activities within walking or biking distance include golf at the many HHI famous courses, Harbortown shops and dining, Sea Pines Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing? Lawton Stables for horseback riding tours and petting zoo! Crabbing, fishing, alligator watching and dolphin cruises are a must!

Our home is available for weekly, monthly, or short-term seasonal rentals! June and July require a 7-night minimum with a Saturday turnover. This home is newly furnished, all new mattresses newly decorated and kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The kitchen is nicely equipped with high end All-Clad cookware, Cuisinart coffee pot with gold filter, blender for smoothies, toaster and plenty of place setting. There is a brand-new Weber propane grill on the deck. New flooring was installed in April of 2020. New HVAC was installed in June of 2020. August of 2022 new beds were purchased!

My family with grands and great grands enjoyed the family focused house. It is well stocked and lots of thoughtful items available such as flash lights and doggie bags. We enjoyed sitting around and using the fire pit too. Beds and pillows were superb. Loved the location too within Sea Pines. The four bikes were used and enjoyed. Owner is personable and flexible. Great views from the deck . Highly recommend .

We were happy to have baby accessories, lots of beach chairs and toys. The weather cooperated some. The kitchen was well stocked. The lagoon and Carolina Room were enjoyable. We had a few bumps in the road with entry to the house, and internet issues. We also had workers show up to do repairs on the house during our stay. They were asked to come back when we were gone.

Our apologies for the WiFi router needing to be swapped out for a new one on your first day of your stay during a busy football day but were happy to get it resolved quickly with a brand-new router. We noted your comment about the door lock. The front door key code needs to be punched in within a certain time before it resets for a second try. It is a security feature within the lock itself and sometimes takes a little to get used to. The workers that stopped by were scheduled for the end of the month when the house was vacant but our apologies for them stopping by when they were in the neighborhood. We never want our guests to be interrupted during their stay unless necessary. The beautiful, relaxing lagoon view from the Carolina room, kitchen, master bedroom and deck is also my favorite part of the home! I am glad the home is well stocked with everything you needed during your stay, and we welcome you back again!

A Beautiful Relaxing Place

This house was spacious and comfortable. The area is beautiful! It had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful! We had 9 adults and a baby and we all had our own space. I highly recommend this place for a vacation.

Thank you for your review and are so happy that you inquired about staying with us again in the future! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and loved the view! I wish you would have called about the master shower as it is just a tricky handle and you do not spin it to turn it on, you have to pull the handle out then spin the handle to adjust the temperature. It is different than the other two showers in the home. Sorry you had difficulties with that, and I am available 24/7 for my renters to answer questions and am able to resolve maintenance issues quickly.

Golf weekend

Excellent stay. Perfect location near the golf courses in Sea pines. Wendy was very accommodating and ensured our stay with both check in and check out was as easy as possible. Beautiful home that was well stocked with cooking utensils and great view from the back porch.

I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island since I was 2 years old, and Sea Pines holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I got engaged at the lighthouse! We now have 4 children ranging in age from 12 years to 23 years old and still vacation there several times every year! We have stayed in many rental homes throughout the years and have been searching for our ideal home for the past several years. We feel this home provides easy access to all of the wonderful amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. We LOVE to ride our bikes every morning on the safe bike trails throughout the plantation and island and the home has 4 bikes included for your use. We also provide 8 beach chairs and lots of beach toys to keep your packing needs to a minimum. Our home is walking distance to the community pool and tennis courts, walk to Lawton Stables to feed the horses and other animals. Our home is a short 2-mile bike or car ride to Harbor Town or to the Beach Club beach access and close to the Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing plus so much more!
