There is plenty of room for a family of 4 and it is very secure. Notes of concern: The clothes washer/dryer is very small and hard to use if you don't know the local language. Dryer doesn't dry the clothes and most likely you will have to hang dry. The air conditioning works well, however it has a powerful blast for anyone sitting in the living room. One of the bathrooms doesn't have lighting in it, so you'll have to leave the door ajar. There is missing trim all along the living room and kitchen area, which makes it not look as nice as it could be.
