Opinión sobre apartamentos La Joya

Muy buena ubicación, frente al mar , en el paseo marítimo. Playa de la Fosa a 5 minutos andando , Calalga enfrente . Las vistas desde el apartamento espectaculares. Muy amplio , 3 habitaciones, 2 baños , comedor , una terraza estupenda. Muy completo el servicio. En cuanto al trato del personal de Villas Guzman inmejorable , nos atendieron en todo con rapidez y eficacia. La piscina comunitaria es muy grande y muy bien cuidada , sólo que cierra a las 6 de la tarde , un poco pronto . No es de su servicio , con el cual estoy muy satisfecho , si no de la comunidad. La vecina de la puerta 3 ( escalera 1 , 6 piso de los apartamentos Joya ) dejaba la puerta abierta casi todo el día. Tiene un perrito pequeño de pelo blanco que constantemente salía al rellano . Nos encontramos el suelo de nuestra puerta orinado en varias ocasiones ( puerta 1 ) . También dejó una bolsa de basura en el rellano durante casi 24 horas, con el consecuente mal olor . Si esta persona es propietaria del inmueble se le deberia recordar normas de convivencia básicas.

El excelente servicio, atención y amabilidad prestada por Sergio. Muy agradecidos. El apartamento es una chulada La ducha del baño del pasillo no regula bien la temperatura del agua, o sale fría o muy caliente

Super fijn appartement

Super fijn appartement met eigen parkeerplek voor je auto in de garage. Het appartement ligt op een mooie locatie aan het begin van de boulevard. Het servies zou wat uitgebreider mogen. De vaatwasser moest nu aan terwijl hij nog helemaal niet vol was.

Apartamento excelente

Apartamento excelente (reformado, amplio, con vistas fabulosas, menaje muy completo, electrodomésticos nuevos, limpieza, piscina...) Acompañamiento desde la agencia en la llegada y mayor comodidad en la recogida y entrega de llaves. No funcionaba el mando del garaje. En la ducha del baño pequeño no hay forma de regular la temperatura del agua.

En general es un gran apartamento casas con magníficas vista y amueblado con gusto La limpieza podría mejorarse ya que encontramos polvo y pelos en algunas zonas al llegar.
