Home is 1900 Sq Ft. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Master Bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two full beds. In addition, there are two queen air mattresses. House Rules: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, & MUST BE QUIET AFTER 9PM FOR RESPECT OF NEIGHBORS, SPA USE HOURS ARE 8AM-10PM ONLY.

I love fixing up old houses, and decorating. I love reading, hanging with my kids, family and friends, my dogs, being outdoors, exercising, and traveling. When I travel, I like updated accommodations, walkability to great coffee houses, restaurants, shops, and walking trails to the harbor for water sports, full harbor and city views to sit and relax by, warm fireplaces, and spa, as well as ample privacy. This is what I have created in the vacation rental home in Point Loma, La Playa neighborhood. It is luxurious. I love it!

The view, unique design, and location are the reasons we chose this property. It's an exceptional residence designed by Dale Naegle, one of San Diego's premier architects of the mid-century movement. The epitome of refined modernist architecture with it's vertical and horizontal design elements, incorporating an inspired wall of glass, which expands the living area and takes full advantage of the panoramic views. Meticulous attention to detail artisanship along with dramatic elements provides complete sensory textural experience. Located in prestigious La Playa area of Point Loma.
