Located on the second floor of a two-family house with a splendid sea view, it has a private parking space and a courtyard area with a wood-burning oven and barbecue. The house is accessible by car at the end of a secondary road which, due to its small size, requires some driving experience/practice.

Located on the second floor of a two-family house, it consists of a large entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and small terrace with an incredible panoramic view of the Gulf of Tigullio - from which early risers can admire the spectacle of a dawn that will remain forever imprinted in their hearts.

Other things to highlight

The house is accessible by car at the end of a two-way secondary road with a single lane. Since the apartment is located in a secondary street, it is not advisable to trust the GPS: the owners will be happy to meet you at the convenient parking located in Via Aurelia, near San Lorenzo, and to take you personally to the house.

Durchs Fegefeuer in den Himmel

Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn man vor der Buchung den Hinweis des Vermieters: nur mit Kleinwagen zu befahren, gehabt hätte, nicht nach der Buchung und eine genaue Adresse!! Aber die Vermieter haben sich alle Mühe gegeben uns die Panik bei dem letzten Stück der Anreise zu nehmen und uns einen Shuttle angeboten, den wir dann auch den ersten Tag in Anspruch nahmen. Dann hatte mein Mann sich mit dem schmalen Weg ( Autobreite plus Außenspiegel) abgefunden. Aber als dann noch eine Hochzeit da oben stattfand, meinte unser Vermieter: wir sollten doch besser am Abend daheim bleiben- und seine Mutter kochte für uns. Peinlich, aber so lieb !!

Tolle Wohnung, perfekte Gastgeber

Eine tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage mit einem unglaublichen Blick über den Golfo del Tigullio von Portofino bis Sestri Levante. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. So eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung habe ich noch nie gesehen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Küche gut gefüllt mit vielen Lebensmitteln, sodass wir die ersten Tage kaum was einkaufen mussten. Die Gastgeber sind unwahrscheinlich nett, haben uns zwischendurch mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt und bei jeder Frage gerne weitergeholfen. Am Ende konnten wir wegen einer Autopanne nicht abreisen, doch Gian Maria hat uns über mehrere Stunden betreut, bis unser Wagen endlich abgeschleppt werden konnte. Ein großer Dank an Gian Maria und seine Mutter für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Parel aan de Ligurische kust

Prachtige, duizend traptreden boven Santa Margherita Ligure gelegen woning met uitzicht over de baai. Schoon en compleet uitgerust. Super ontvangst door Gian Maria. Goed uitgangspunt voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Mooie en gezellige badplaats in Italiaanse stijl.

Heaven in the hills

This is a lovely apartment, nestled in the hills above Santa Margherita. The views over the town and the Mediterranean sea are breathtaking. The road up to it is quite narrow and winding, so be prepared to concentrate, but that only added to the charm. Our host, Gian Maria was so welcoming and helpful. The balcony and patio area make eating outside a real pleasure. We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone.
