This property was lovely. Plenty of room for the whole family. It was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. Next trip to Pismo, we'll rent it again.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Pismo Beach. Our family commented on how clean the home was. The location was great. Close to town and a nice walk to the beach.
We had a great time there celebrating graduation and just having some good family hang out time. The location was great, easy walking distance into town and one street away from steps leading down to the beach. The houses were spacious with great beds. The main house had a great kitchen and dining room area to hang out.Would definitely come back here again!
Great location. Beds unmade and no towels in small house.
Would stay again.

I'm so sorry the cleaning crew forgot the linens in the guest house for your arrival. My manager and I are embarrassed this got missed.
I'm glad you would stay in our home again.
Really enjoyed our beach stay at this property. It was a great location, able to walk to the beach in a few minutes and also the pier is super close. The house is very spacious, but had a couple small issues. Overall great trip and was family friendly.
This is a lovely home, spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. Description was very accurate. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Would rent again if we ever make a trip back to Pismo.
This was a great property, with very easy access to beach. Rainy weather was the only downside to the whole vacation but we made the best of it and this property helped. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.
We did a long weekend getaway with 8 total friends (all adults) and this place was perfect, esp if you like walkability. The stairs down to the beach is 2 blocks away and downtown Pismo Beach was a 10 min walk where you can get good coffee and food. We all really appreciated how everyone could have their own rooms (with king size beds) and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for us to all navigate easily and cook a large dinner one night. Will definitely be back again!
Every year we take our oldest grandchildren on vacation trip!
This year at this location was the best they all want to come back to this location every year!
Our stay here was just the best!

I'm so happy your multi-generation family enjoyed our home. We would love to have you back!
Perfect location and accommodation for family weekend . Kitchen well stocked for meal prep and serving . Comfortable beds and lots of seating in living /dining room for group conversation and games
Wonderful accommodations. Great access to beach & pier. Only issue is lack of hot water in master shower and balconies were dirty, cobwebs & dirty furniture. Also the grill wasn’t in good working order.
This was a great place for a group. With 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in the main house and 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths in the cottage, everyone was very comfortable. The living space was perfect for a large group, allowing everyone to be in the same area (kitchen, dining room and living room all open). Kitchen has most utensils and pots/pans. 1 block from stairs to the beach and easy walking distance to various restaurants/ breweries/wtc
Wonderful property! Spacious and nicely appointed. The location was great with downtown Pismo, the Pismo Preserve, and other activities within a short walk. Plenty of parking, fantastic television, a good sized kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this property.

Thank you for being fabulous guests! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed our home and Pismo Beach!
The spacious house is perfect for a girls getaway. There were 5 ladies and we had our room.
So close to restaurants and the pier.
The host is super nice and responding within 15 minutes
Thank you for a great weekend!
Large bedrooms and bathrooms; very clean; plenty of parking; guest house is a nice bonus if you have more than one family or older children that want some privacy
The house was very spacious and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone in my party. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware for cooking from home. The home is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, liquor store, small shops, beach access and the pier. The grocery store was a quick drive to the next town over which is super convenient. Definitely recommend this home for families or friends who want a little separation while still in close proximity. The guest house was perfect for that.
We have a total of nine family members (ages 78-13) and this place was PERFECT! Just the right amount of bedrooms and baths. The living room , dining and kitchen perfect for gathering. We had a few hiccups, but they were taken care or immediately. The beach and town were well within walking distance.
Should the family decide to "beach" together again this will be our #1 choice!
