Great Family Stay

Had a great stay with my family. Only recommendations I have is having a snow shovel for drive way, dustpans, swifter and vacuum for visitors us to maintain the property while we are visiting. Will be back soon!

Christmas break

Overall our stay was great. Even with having trouble opening the door in our first day, maintenance came quickly to fix the door and he also unclogged the stover burners. The only thing that I can complain about is that in the upstairs loft there was a skeet ball table and foos ball table, but there was no puck or ball to play with. We looked everywhere and could not find them.

Great house!

This was a great house - very clean and ina great location. The only con is that the bedrooms didn’t have TVs, so there was only one TV for the entire house. Which wasn’t an issue until night time as we all like to watch our own show before we go to bed.

Tried to rent this property and upon arrival I was astonished with how dirty it was. Towels on floor, dirty counters and beds dirty as well ( yes I have pictures). Rental company offered to give me a free upgrade, however the upgrade they offered me already had tenants in it… so they offered me another rental place which I didn’t want but had to pick due to needing a place to stay…was driving around big bear for 3+ hours before I could even check in at other place!! Still have not heard back from five star vacation rentals…be careful with this company

Beautiful cabin

Great house on a quiet street with games (air hockey, shuffle board table, foosball)to keep the family entertained. The beds were ok for us despite other reviewers saying otherwise. Hope to be back :)

Nice house but........

The house is very nice and was spacious for a family of five. However, the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. Neither my wife nor myself could sleep on the mattress. And the two twin beds in the other bedroom were bad too. Beds need to be updated.

Really love the place. It was perfect size for my family. I love the openness of the family room & kitchen & high ceilings. You get the cabin feel yet the luxury of modern amenities. Will definitely rent it again.

Bathroom shower

The master bath shower did not drain, we were unable to use it, became hard for all the family to use 1 shower. Also, we assumed the garage would be available, we have a handicapped child, it was difficult without the use of the garage. It would be nice to have a few condiments in the kitchen. Overall, a lovely home.

Great house, few things need improvement

The house was very nice but the water pressure was terrible and the sinks and shower drained very slowly. Back patio was unusable (and quite dangerous) so we spent half a day breaking apart the ice and removing it. Poor bedding also

Beautiful cabin

I loved the space this cabin had . It’s a beautiful cabin , the neighborhood was very peaceful and quite . My family really enjoyed the games and the rooms . We really enjoyed being able to all sit in the dinner table and able to eat together I loved the table was big enough for my whole family . Thank you so much for everything I will definitely be coming back .

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this home very much. A very quiet location was much appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kids had a great time playing in the large loft room. I would defiantly stay here again.
